    Back on 3/2/2026- Ryan Jenks came to our residence to perform an air conditioner tune up. Upon his inspection Ryan found that there were quite a few items that needed attention/repair. We asked that he give us a quote on what repairs would cost to keep it running. Ryan was kind enough to provide us with the cost. My husband and I decided that we would like to have an estimate on what the cost would be for a new a/c unit. Ryan , our tech was very polite, professional, as well as very personable!!! He was also very knowledgeable about your products and company, answered all of our questions, and so down to earth!! A truly shining example of what 'great customer service is all about'!! Ryan then said that he would put us in contact with Louis Daugherty, their Home Comfort Designer. Louis Daughtery provided us with an estimate of what a new a/c unit would cost. He went over all of the numbers in great detail was very polite and professional, as well as very helpful!! Answered all of our questions. We were also impressed that he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty and help out his team doing things that would be helpful to them! Another shining example of what 'great customer service is all about'! Aaron Brooks- was our tech that installed our new a/c unit. He brought everything up to code, educated us on what he was doing every step of the way. He answered all of our questions, was also very patient and kind!!! He treated us like family!!! You could also tell that he was very focused on doing everything the right way, no shortcuts!! Aaron was very polite, professional, as well as very personable and down to earth!!! Such a 'great' example of what 'great customer service is all about!!! Clint- Aaron's trainee was very polite, professional , as well as personable!!! We were extremely impressed with how careful this young man was when using/moving the ladder about the house, cleaning up, keeping focused on the task at hand. He answered questions for us, and also shared information with us that was very helpful for us to know!!! We shared with Clint what a great job he was doing!!! Keep up the great work Clint!!! The amazing ladies in the office: Ciara- was the first girl I believe that I spoke to in the office. She is such a polite and personable, professional young lady!!! When I speak to her on the phone I can actually see and feel her smiling. She is very professional and oh so helpful! Her customer service is amazing!!! She calls back when she says she will, and her follow up is impeccable . Truly a shining example of what 'great customer service is all about!! Rhianne- I have also spoken to Rhianne. She is such a polite, personable and professional lady!!! I remember calling the office once a few minutes before closing time. I didn't leave a message. a few minutes later , my phone rang and it was Rhianne, stating she was sorry she missed my call and wanted to know how she could help me. I was so blown away by this, as this is unheard of. I could hear it in her voice that she was happy to talk to me! Jaimee- I don't believe that you and I have spoken yet. If we have my apologies. I expect that you also have great customer skills! If I have left anyone out that I have failed to mention, my apologies to you! I want to close this review by saying that you all are a shining example of what 'great teamwork and great customer service is all about!!!! Talk about going above and beyond!!!     We had an issue with our A/C heat pump and called for service. The tech Lucas arrived in less than 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through every question we had and thoroughly tested our system for issues. Turns out we only had a faulty relay that was sticking and he gave us options for service and some recommendations to extend the life of our unit. We receive a detailed email of our options if we decide to upgrade some items in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

DONE RIGHT PROMISE

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.

DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES

Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.

EXCLUSIONS

The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, IT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS. IN THE EVENT THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY DOES NOT PRECLUDE LIABILITY OR IS FOUND UNENFORCEABLE, YOU AGREE YOUR EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY FROM US, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS IS LIMITED TO THE MONETARY AMOUNT PREVIOUSLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES.
