Our heating went out in winter, and we called Aire serv for service. We got a repair/ replacement scheduled, and the owner came out personally (really quick too) to drop off some portable heaters so we dont freeze in the meantime. They are extremely easy to work with, and offered multiple solutions to our issues. The customer service side was phenomenal as well. From the initial phone call to the technician they were very nice as well as patient. Any questions or concerns I had (which was alot) they addressed. I couldn’t be more impressed with the job that Matt and Addison did on the installation of my new furnace today! They arrived on time, went quickly to work to disassemble my old unit, and put in my new one. They then explained how to change the filters, since they were not the ordinary design, and had me do it to be sure I knew how, cleaned up after themselves and finished when they said they would. Oh, and did I mention that they’re the kind of young guys that you kinda know right off the bat are decent? You can look ‘em in the eye kind of guys. I like that when I’m opening up the door to somebody. Aire Serve of North Shore can on only be described in 3 words from initial contact thru installation: Outstanding , Outstanding and Outstanding! You should call ‘em next time u need help w furnace or air conditioner. You won’t be disappointed.

Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by Greensky financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. Terms vary based on creditworthiness. Restrictions may apply.

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.

Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
