The service is excellent. I am kept informed of any issues and if there are, I am provided with a detailed comprehensive plan to make corrections and improvements. The entire staff at Air Serve has exceeded my expectations. Michael Kenny from Mr. Rotor is to be recognized for his work. On 11/1/24 he was able to assist us with plumbing issues at 2 of our properties.

Called when commercial unit stopped working. Fast efficient service.
The staff that came out to fix our AC was excellent. Alex Williams and Brian Blevins were professional. They did an excellent job and we appreciate their service.
Tech was extremely knowledgeable and thorough.
I had my ducts cleaned and Miguel did an excellent job. He arrived on time and was very professional and respectful. I am especially happy with how honest and transparent he was. He gave me his honest opinions about the condition of my ducts which I appreciated. He showed me before and after pictures which showed the wonderful quality of his work. I would recommend Miguel and Aire Serv to anyone and hope to have Miguel back in a few years when it comes time to clean the ducts again.
I had Aire Serv come do a duct cleaning and Gary and Miguel did a great job, and took the time to explain everything as they went to ensure I understood what they were doing. Thank you.

Our replacement HVAC system was installed in under 6 hours and we couldn’t be happier! Heat works well and the new unit is sleek and clean and takes up less space. Our installers explained everything well and left instructions and tutorials with us. Glad we found them!
Gary arrived on time and after thoroughly explaining what he was going to do with the duct cleaning quickly got to work. He and his assistant Seth were efficient and left their work areas clean. Glad to have clean air again.
