We had Spencer Peterson do a furnace checkup today since we hadn't had it inspected in a couple of years. Spencer did a thorough check, answered all of our questions, and explained things in a way we could understand. He gave us recommendations on additional services/products that would help in our home. Spencer was very personable and great to work with. We were very happy with him and with Aire Serv and would recommend the company to others.

My 20 year-old furnace went out at the most inconvenient time (there’s never a convenient time). When Nick called to deliver the news, there was a calming effect that was not like a pushy salesperson. He was pleasant to work with and reassuring through the entire process. Service provider Randy arrived at time promised and provided the service requested. He was gentle in letting me know that the furnace “problem” was me, the end user that changed the fan settings on the wall thermostat.

We had a wonderful experience with Michael Hicks and Seth Bridges. Our heater quit working -Michael came out and worked very hard on doing everything possible to help it along. But it was time for a new one. Seth came out and gave us all the info on a new unit and answered all our questions. Michael and Seth both worked very hard on making sure to get us the right unit for our home and with the winter storm coming - Michael made sure to get our old unit running long enough to carry us to the next day. He, also, made sure to get everything set up for next day installation of a new unit. These two guys are kind and caring and hard workers. Over the top!!! Great guys - great company!
