I used Aire Serv for the first time this week. When I made the appointment the young lady was very friendly and professional, explaining to me the different options. We scheduled a date for service. A few days later I had to change it and she worked with me to reschedule a suitable date. I received a text message confirming the date and also a reminder the day before. The day of the service Josh, the technician texted me before his arrival. When he arrived he introduced himself and explained to me what service he would preform and how long it should take. When the work was completed he explained to me what he did, his findings and the benefits of having the service contract. Scheduling was quick and easy - Tammy was especially nice and friendly! Our HVAC specialist, Sonny, was extremely knowledgeable and we felt completely reassured that our system had been thoroughly checked and maintenanced. We have an older system that needed a lot of extra work - Sonny got it in working order AND helped us to plan out our next steps for keeping it running better. We will definitely continue using their services!

Aire Serv of WNC seems so far to be very professional, honest, and affordable; not cheap as the AC / HEATING industry is expensive, but so far AIRE SERV seems to be FAIR PRICED and CUSTOMER SERVICE is communicative and good! I gave them a 9/10 RATING instead of a 10/10 only because it was my first maintenance call! My former AC / HEATING COMPANY raised their Bi - annual AC/Hearing maintenance to close from $179 last year to.nearly $300! Sorry, but that is ridiculous! Aka BIDENOMICS!
