Prompt excellent service!

This is a great company with very caring professionals. Mitch, my service tech, was efficient and diagnosed my problem within minutes. This company has great follow through with their clients.

Aire Serv was able to get Sarah, the technician, to my house in under 2 hours. Sarah and Zeke were personable and very good with my hyper yet nice dog. They fixed my dryer vent, cleaned it as d well as sealed it to prevent any further issues and stop the frigid cold air from blowing into my house. I highly recommend this team. They are my "go to" in the future for any additional dryer / HVAC needs.

Technician came on time and very quickly in an emergency. Our heating has stopped and he helped fix the problem very fast. Highly recommend!

Both times I've had to call, the technicians were polite and kind. They were also very knowledgeable and shared information i needed. They took care to meet my dog so he wasn't stressed.

I wanted to share a feedback about Airserv company as well as their technicians . Oh my god they are very knowledgeable and calmly explain lot of options before they get on to fixing it . I had a bad morning before Xmas that my heat pump is not blowing hot air . Everyone including kids are upset and I called other technician in the meantime but he had asked me to replace heat pump and that’s the only option I had . I was upset that I can’t afford more but Will Fontello came to my home with free of cost for second opinion oh my god that gesture itself a good humanity . With few mins investigation he came up with 4 options without jumping straight to replace the heat pump . He is nice person God bless you my friend who fixed my issue without replacing the pump . I would strongly recommend Aireserv for any heating and cooling issues Merry Xmas

The folks from Aire Serv came quickly when our heat went out. They diagnosed and explained the issues thoroughly and presented our repair or replacement options. We opted to replace our unit and they had workers and equipment to do installation the very next day! The installers were respectful of our property laying out tarps for their entire walking path. The install took a few hours and we're very happy with the results. New unit includes 10-year we warranty on parts and labor plus they will provide a year of their maintenance package for free.

Everyone from the initial phone call through the repair process was very friendly and easy to deal with. Excellent communication including an updated when the technician was running 30 minutes behind schedule. Highly recommend.

I had used Air Serve when they were a different name. I have a service contract with them. I had an emergency on Sunday, today, and Sean came out. He took the time to trouble shoot with me over the phone to try and avoid the service charge which was much appreciated. He was prompt and very helpful! Thank you so much!

Aire Serv replaced our HVAC system and it was a great experience! They were in & out in a day, and left the house just as clean as it was before they arrived. It was like they weren’t even there, except now we had a perfectly running heating & air conditioning system. Leading up to the job, working with Sarah was great, so very friendly and responsive.
