Dave Adams has been working in the HVAC industry for 25 years. He and his Dad, Thomas Adams, began with ADS Air Conditioning in 1995, and then Dave purchased ADS in 2005 and began the Aire Serv franchisee. Growing the family-owned business and making a positive impact on the community has always been a goal of Dave’s. He enjoys giving back to the community by contributing to charities, churchs and faith-based organizations. It is important to him to work closely with his technicians and installers ensuring a positive experience for every customer. He holds his class A state license, where he strives to serve the needs of the Victoria area with respect, integrity, and customer focus. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, backpacking, hiking, and camping.

Julie enjoys working alongside her husband, Dave, to grow the company and serve the community with integrity and customer focus. Julie seeks to create a positive culture among the employees and works to incorporate the company’s Code of Values in all day to day activities. It was the Code of Values that attracted Julie to the Aire Serv Franchise in 2005. She enjoys all aspects of the job, and continuously strives to create the family-oriented atmosphere. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, cooking, attending church, and spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Kirsten has begun working in Aire Serv of Victoria in 2022 although she has been around the HVAC industry her whole life. She is the bubbly personality you will speak to when you call our office. In her free time she enjoys serving in church, working out, and hanging out with friends and family.

Lynette works hard behind the scenes to keep Aire Serv running smoothly. Her attention to detail and persistence is one her strongest traits. She has been with Aire Serv for a couple of years and is a valuable asset to the team. She is a great cook, loves spending time with family and doing yard work.

Donna has been with Aire Serv of Victoria for a year now, but brings with her 15 years of HVAC experience. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
