Our Results
50 year old home needed to have air ducts cleaned, so I looked at google recommendations and found Aireserve in Tipton County. Aireserv rep came out promptly, the next day after we called company, explained in detail the process of having ducts cleaned, checked unit and offered options to help with air quality. Technicians came out following week, and spent 4 hours cleaning all vents. This company stays in touch with texts and photo ids so you know who is coming and when. Techs were professional in knowledge, appearance and manners. Worked diligently and thoroughly the entire time. Cleaned up all areas, and did an excellent job. Aireserve is a 24/7 company, so no problem calling for service any time. I am very pleased with this service and the “new and improved” air quality in my home. Highly recommend Aireserve.

Aireserv was amazing! We got Mr Eddie sent out to us when our heat went out unexpectedly and we called around looking for a company to help us. Aireserv answered quickly and we had help that day! Our service tech was amazing! He handled our rambunctious pup great while working on our heating system. They were best friends by the end of it. Luckily we had a quick fix for our system! But Mr Eddie showed us a lot of things we hadn’t even realized about our system. Will probably be getting a whole new system through me soon too!

Our Project Manager Mr. John Hoffman laid everything out and made the decision to purchase two new systems very easy. He did not rush my husband and I and he took the time to answer every question. Dylan was the technician that diagnosed the problem and connected us to our PM. He explained everything that was going on and explained our options. Deashton Glass and Ryan Myers removed both of the 18 year old Goodman HVAC units and install both of our new 3 Ton RUUD units. They were both punctual, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. They kept us updated, completed the work and left everything as clean as they found it. Thank you Aire Serv. Job Well Done!!!
