Jordan Dixon arrived at our house to learn of our problems we were having with our heating system. He quickly resolved the problem with our thermostat. He then quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace. Jordan was able to quickly fix both issues we were having and had solved within a half hour. Jordan Dixon came out on very short notice to take a look at my heating system. We uncovered a lot of different issues with it but he was able to get it partially working enough to make my situation bearable until I can get it replaced. Jordan gave some great tips for maintenance and answered all my questions. He was polite and treated my home with a lot of respect. I would definitely hire him again!

Jordan Dixon came for our first evaluation and made it a wonderful experience. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through all the issues we were experiencing, recommended options to assist our home and what he was doing to our HVAC unit. he was kind, calm and patient and I would love to have him come and help us again in the future.

I was a little scared by some noises I heard coming from the air conditioning condenser and called the service. A well-mannered young man came to visit me, checked everything and found nothing abnormal. It was just noises that the device makes when it freezes and activates a system to defrost, which I obviously was completely ignorant of. I took the opportunity to ask for estimates for other related things and I have already received some of that information. They were punctual and the cost of the visit was $0. They already sent me one of the estimates for an upcoming project. I recommend it 100%.

Jordan Dixon did a great job. Diagnosis of the issue and fixed the problem we had from a year ago after trying several companies. This tech looked for a full solution to the problem instead of a temporary.

AireServ was at my house on SUNDAY Dec. 22 to fix my hot water heater. James made quick work of getting it up and running, so the radiant heat could start up again. James patiently explained the problem and solution yo me, a 77-year-old widow - very much appreciated!

On 23 Dec 24 Gary and Branden sealed our duct system. They went about the process in a very efficient manner and answered all our questions. They represent the same quality of service we have received by all previous Aireserve techs we have had. We highly recommend Aireserve to all our friends and acquaintenses.
