Excellent service! After having a couple other technicians/services come over the years and never having an answer to our old systems inability to heat or cool the house evenly- Aire Serve came and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Joe was excellent to work with, explained what was wrong and how to fix it. They were transparent about costs and services upfront and overall extremely helpful when we needed speedy but accurate service!!

I have used Aire Serv for over a year, they gave me a good quote for a heat pump and did a good job explaining options. They installed it smoothly and have come twice to help with seasonal change of settings and filters. My experience has been entirely positive. Joe was very professional, friendly and polite. We were given a very high a questionable quote from another vendor which cost us $105.00 for his visit. So I called Aire Serve. They sent Joe out the next day, free of charge, to give me their quote. It was $1,300.00 less. Aire Serve sent us a quote and contract to review the same day. We agreed, they ordered the part, blower fan, and scheduled the service to install as soon as the part came in. They kept us updated. Joe was here yesterday and the furnace is repaired. Everything worked out well. I would highly recommend Aire Serve and would use them again without hesitation.
