Stephen with Aireserv came out for our maintenance check and found several issues in our attic ductwork that could have caused a catastrophe to our upstairs as well as our wallet. He showed us videos and even let us look at the issues he was seeing before performing any work. I am so happy I found this company, every experience with them has been outstanding and the technicians are always amazing! Thank you Stephen for the time and diligence you put into your work. We appreciate you! Can I give more than 5 stars? 😁

Aire Serv and all their staff are courteous, prompt and always have been a pleasure to deal with! Been dealing with them for at least 7 years and they consistently deliver top notch service! Stephen with Aire Serv just performed maintenance on my HVAC system and he couldn't have been more thorough and informative on the process and offering tips on preserving my system.

Elise was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Gave me tips on keeping our HVAC running well and advised us about using ionic type air filter for better quality of air (especially since we have 2 cats) Today, 11/06/2024, Stephen and Dylan efficiently completed the regular maintenance appt in a timely manner. They were professional, worked well together and clearly explained everything to me. I feel confident and have peace of mind that my HVAC system will work effectively this coming season. My little Aussie, Mocha, enjoyed having them here too !

These guys are great!! Elise was our initial point of contact. Very professional and knowledgeable, with awesome customer service. She provided all information we needed about our new system. The installers came less than a week later. Highly recommended!!

So, so, so, so HAPPY with our experience with Aire Serv. We unfortunately came home from an out of town vacation to find mold in our ductwork. We called Aire Serve on a Thursday and they had a technician come out first thing Friday morning. Matthew was able to give us his best recommendation for not only the issue we initially called about but also solutions to other, what we deemed "small" and "we can settle with this" issues. He was able to answer all questions we had about the process and made us feel comfortable about moving forward. After giving the go ahead - Aire Serv started working first thing that following Monday (so fast!). The team of Matthew, Derrick, and another young man, that I sadly did not get his name before he left, WERE SUPERSTARS! They were very considerate and polite throughout the entire process. No one likes going without AC during summer but these guys worked hard every day to get everything fixed as soon as possible so we did not have to be without for very long. Every day they would show up early and let us know the plan for the day and then check in to update us on the process before leaving in the evening. What really sealed the deal was on the last day they were working we had another incident where part of our kitchen ceiling fell (due to NO fault of Aire Serv at all!) and they stepped in and helped my husband clean up the debris before leaving for the day. SO APPRICIATIVE OF THE EXTRA HELP. In the end Matthew was able to explain how our new air system worked and answered all our questions for the last time. My husband and I are so happy with this service and so happy with the results and love our new comfortable cold home :)

This company is so amazing. Everyone that has come had been so kind and knowledgeable. They don’t force extra services or parts you don’t want or need. You know who’s coming to your house a day prior to the appointment, so you know who to expect. They’ve always been on time and they send a text and email 30 mins prior to arriving at your residence. I had Elise today and she was so sweet, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. I hope to have her come for the next maintenance check. :) **I'd like to add to my previous review. Today being August 19th, 2024.** I had my 6 month HVAC check for summer, and once again everything was amazing. I'm really glad Elise was the one to come check everything out again. It's nice to see familiar employees from AireServ. Everything checked out great, she recommended a small part to preserve the life of our HVAC (which isn't super old, but want to keep it going for as long as possible.) There was no pressure at all to purchase the part, but I absolutely agreed with preserving the HVAC. She installed it quick and efficiently. 3 days later we had a storm come in and a Power surge made the new part for the HVAC stop working, I called this morning to see if I can have someone come look at it. Elise and Dylan both came out within the hour, checked everything out, switched out the part and got everything running again smoothly. :) Elise and Dylan are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, Thank you so much Aire Serv! Anyone looking for HVAC/AC maintenance, Aire Serv is the way to go! :)

So impressed with this company! Highly recommend. Elise has serviced my system and added some needed upgrades. She is professional, very knowledgeable. I instantly felt very comfortable and is a pleasure to work with! My cat Moses instantly took to her as well☺️

All the techs deserve recognition for thier professionalism and attention to detail.

AireServ tech Matthew McPaul came out to install a new smart thermostat for me and make sure the AC was working again. He was very courteous, professional, personable, and helpful. He accommodated my schedule, and kindly answered all my questions. My dogs and I were so relieved to have that AC back online!!! Shout out also to AireServ tech Elise who helped me trouble shoot the original thermostat issue after hours. Both of these employees were incredibly helpful and concerned about me as a customer. I appreciate that so much!!!

Great install headed by Matt and replaced a new system in 6hrs. Great estimate by Matt.

AC service was within a day of our AC going out. The onsite tech was knowledgeable and able to fix our problem quickly and with parts on hand. Biggest things that stuck with me was that an hour before the tech arrived I got an update call from the dispatcher saying the tech wasn't going to arrive at the beginning of the estimated scheduled time. Not that he was going to be late or we'd need to be moved to a different time block, just that he wasn't going to be there at the beginning of the 2-4PM scheduled time. The tech ended up getting to my place at 2:15PM. This good first impression had me sign up for the maintenance plan to have them come back and check up on our systems.

I was able to get quick service and the tech was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The service far exceeded our expectations. The Technician Deshawn Ramasar was prompt, and gave great customer service. We appreciate Heather the phone rep as well. We appreciate her time and patience. Thank you again.
