Today Steven came to check my HVAC heating system. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous and very personable. Aire Serv has great workers but Steven is the best of the best! I highly recommend not only this company, but especially Steven! He was professional and concise; and I feel confident in Steven’s ability to resolve any HVAC issue I have. Wow!! AirServ is a wonderful company. I'm completely impressed with the CARE they provide for my family. When I called to request service because my Dad's heat was blowing cold air Heather remembered me and my Dad. She immediately showed compassion and concern for his unique needs and scheduled a service call. The next day was a snow day, but Nick STILL agreed to come and check my Dad's system. I called him back to say it appeared to be working and no longer blowing cold air. Nick agreed to come by to check things out just to give me peace of mind. Nick drove through the snow which exemplified the level of concern he has for his customers. Nick checked the system and confirmed it was now operating as expected and he also reported that my Dad was OK and had no concerns. THIS is outstanding service and I highly recommend AirServ for ANY HVAC needs you may have.

Stephen was excellent, efficient, on time, informative, and above all else KIND! He’s what you would call an old school nice guy in a world where it’s lacking nowadays. Will continue business with this company because of amazing staff like him! 5/5 service!
Thank you Josh, Stephen, and Dylan. The appointment I scheduled online did not register. When I called, Josh assisted me; he was polite and was able to fit me in on the same day. He scheduled me with Stephen and Dylan. When they arrived they came ready to solve my issue. Stephen discovered the thermostat that a security company installed - was done incorrectly & I had a switch off. Stephen and Dylan made sure everything was working properly and finished within an hour. My heat and air conditioning are now working. Thank you for being upfront and knowledgeable.
