We try real hard to provide our customers with a great service experience. I did notice that you have a pressure switch that should be replaced. It looks like we prepared the estimte but neglected to send it to you, but possibly Corey spoke to you about it. My previous "heating guy" had retired and closed his business down, but he recommended Aire Serv, so I scheduled an appointment with them a few months ago to have them "tune up" my furnace. On the scheduled day, they reached out to me to ask if I'd like to have the technicians arrive early (they had a cancellation). Great! Peyton and Lars showed up about an hour early, then did a terrific job checking out my (50 year old?) furnace and tuning it up. They did a great job, were very cordial and professional, and cleaned up any minor mess that they made in the course of stripping and reassembling the furnace. Assuming everything keeps working as I expect it will, I'm very pleased to be a new Aire Serv customer and happily recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

I called early afternoon with a concerning propane smell coming from our boiler room and no heat/hw, I spoke to the sweetest woman, Kim, who quickly dispatched a tech for that afternoon. Kim texted me updates on his arrival time and checked in throughout the process, she was truly fantastic to work with. The tech, Chris was a gem of a human and so very knowledgeable. He walked me through what he was seeing, eased my mind and tweaked a few things. He also was up front immediately about the pricing quote (incredibly reasonable) and wrote up extensive notes on my invoice so I had a detailed rundown. I couldn’t be more impressed with their approach to service and will be a full time customer from here on out!

They arrived on time, spoke with me about the issues we were having and then got to work resolving them. 1 hour later we had heat and they were finished. Very professional and courteous. Explained what they had done to fix the problem so I could understand. Very happy and cozy as I sit here writing this review! Thanks again for everyone that helped (including the friendly people in the office that we spoke with) getting us our heat back in a timely manner.
