Super responsive and helpful when our heat went down in 20 degree weather. Came up with a very quick temporary solution for immediate heat in the house with a long term plan for a permanent fix. Helped us in a pinch when our regular service provider couldn’t. I think we’ve found our new HVAC solution moving forward, thank you!!

We are grateful to have a quality business to serve this area. They are booked months out, but when the furnace had problems a month prior to the scheduled maintenance they made sure to come out early. Thank you so much!

All positive experiences. The technician arrived just a little late, but I was notified that they were on their way. They immediately started their diagnostic work on my heater, and within minutes they discovered 2 possible reasons why my propane heater was not igniting. They explained clearly what they can do to fix the problem, and went over their billing process.

I can’t give you enough starts. Aire Serv was able to come to my house, even though I was not a customer during a really cold day to troubleshoot my furnace. The technician was very patient with me, I was extremely stressed when he arrived but he listen and looked over my furnace later consulting with his boss/supervisor and coming up with a recommendation to troubleshoot. He was upfront about what he was going to do, I was quoted for the work before it started, and I really appreciate having an idea of what it would cost, and not being surprised by the bill at the end. He worked very hard for 2/3 hours and when he left I had heat and an immense relief thanks to him. I called every company that I found in goggle and only one other company offered to give me an appointment a few days out. No one was accepting service calls unless they were a current customer, which I understand, but during a stressful situation I was feeling hopeless. I’m very appreciative of Kim who took my very frantic call and was able to send someone my way. Thank you

To set the scene. Just moved into house and home with a two week old newborn. Furnace starts spewing water and no heat. Many places, despite advertising 24/7 services were "not scheduling anything for 6 weeks", "not taking on new clients" (despite being the repair company of record), or "can dispatch someone in 10 days if you agree to sign on as an auto bill customer today". As I was emptying the wet vac the second time, Aire Serv took my call. Listened to the circumstances and would look into what they could and call back. huzzah, hope. In the 10 minutes to took to get back to me I was at least able to stop the water and get heat back to the first floor and despite it not being as pressing of a situation they were still insistant of getting someone out within the hour because they wanted to make sure the bedrooms on the second floor had heat. Great experience from initial contact to tech driving away after getting us working.
