Jonathan and his team did a great job of ensuring that all my needs were met. I was in the market for 2 new heat pumps and reached out to 3 companies for quotes, Aire Serv was the only group that gave me realistic advice to continue using my current systems while the other 2 just tried to sell me upsized units. They did some additional requested work in half a day and followed up quickly when there was an unrelated issue that needed to be resolved. A few years down the road when I do need my units replaced i will only be calling one company.

Jonathan, the owner, made a thorough evaluation of our needs and provided a detailed quotation. After agreeing to a tight schedule of installation, David, Joe and Arnd arrived as promised and performed a neat and clean installation. After the new Mitsubishi mini-split system was operating they took time to explain the operation and confirm that all was working as expected. They cleaned up and left our house as if they had never been there. Everyone has been courteous and professional for start to finish. Exceptional service for a fair price.

My journey started with a phone call and Courtney got me an appointment immediately. she went above and beyond , calling the supply house to check for parts availability. as soon as I hung up the phone. Mr Keith Griffis was my technician and very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed with his HVAC experience. He went to work immediately and diagnosed the complex 2 stage system and was up and running quickly.Experience is everything in this business.I would HIGHLY recommend Keith .

Keith and the team are awesome as usual had my annual winter inspection done to make sure my equipment is ready to go. He went through every measurement on my three systems in detail very thorough. Provide a great explanation on what was done. Can’t say enough great company!

Another company no showed us and didn’t call till the next day. AireServ was on time and very honest and professional. They explained everything in detail including pictures. AireServ is very affordable so we signed an annual contract and we will be telling all our clients and friends about them!

Jonathan Zeis spent several hours going over my current system, and we discussed all the options. He didn't try to up sale me on equipment I didn't need. I bounce the system off my brother-in-law who works on HVAC system for 45+ years in Pennsylvania, who replied with the following: "Thats a good price ,the only thing i push alot is a 2 stage gas furnace . but thats a really good price. and trane good as well. Wayne" Jonathan agreed, and we went forward. The arrived on-time, cleaned up as they went, keep me informed. I also question Jonathan on service call rates and minimum charges, since alot of companies around here charge ridiculous minimum fees. Aire Serv of South Charlotte does not.

We just had a new Trane HVAC installed by Aire Serv of South Charlotte. Jonathan was honest and the job was done right by him and his team, even if it took a little longer. The cost was really reasonable, and the equipment is top tier. They also do maintenance and repair in addition to installations. We would highly recommend them. Give him a call for a free estimate or second opinion.

Woke up in the morning and the heater wasn’t working. Aire Serv was out before 2 pm. Excellent customer service and a friendly, professional service technician! I’ve found my heating and air company! Definitely recommend them to anyone needing service!

Keith is exceptionally and a man of his word. The mini-split unit had a bad controller board and valve that prevented it from working properly. Keith was able to make that determination, get the replacement parts under warranty, and fix the unit so that it works perfectly. I would highly recommend Aire Serv of South Carolina for any of your HVAC needs.

I would highly recommend Air Serv of South Charlotte to anyone needing HVAC services. They are responsive, professional, and fairly priced. We requested quotes from a handful of other companies and most of them were unresponsive or extremely overpriced and required extensive construction. We had some unique challenges with our 1970’s built home and they came with creative solutions and supported us in our decision every step of the way. You can tell they love what they do and are passionate about helping people. We were able to find a cost effective solution that fixed the problem without reconstructing our home. I made an online request for help with my floor vents, which were not put in properly when the house was built. I had several choices but Aire Serv stood out because they offered a free estimate. I set up the appointment and it was quick and easy. Jonathan came out and assured me that the work could be done easily and would not cost too much. He sent out a couple of guys to do the work. They were professional and polite. The cost was reasonable and they did quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had Jonathan Z visit our house recently to determine the source of a mystery smell. He and the gal on the phone (Courtney I believe) were both incredibly courteous and helpful. We had a few other professionals come in and look around and all they did was try to upsell us on home air filter add ons. Jonathan was insightful and actually helped out.
