I called Dominic about my A/C not blowing cold air and my house was warming up. He came over with in an hour. Got my unit back up and running immediately. I appreciated his professionalism and the price was so reasonable so much I signed up for the twice a year servicing of my AC and Heating unit. Dominic is awesome!. I met him because my Nest thermostat had turned off, lost power and I could not figure out why. He sat on the phone and did some troubleshooting with me for over 20 minutes and got me to a solution. BEFORE I ever signed up for any service with them or paid a dime. After that, I was sold as a customer. He's been servicing my home for over a year now. Giving me realistic updates. Letting me know far in advance what could be problematic down the line. Highly recommend.

Dominic was amazing! Great customer service, very responsive and actually fixed my AC. This was such a relief after going back and forth with another AC company and paying quite a bit of money for them to “fix” the issue. Which ended up breaking again in two months. That is where Aire Serv came to the rescue. Dominic found what the actual issue was and fixed it quickly at a great price. If you are looking for someone to be honest and knowledgeable, this is the place for you.
