Brad Plaga (Hcd) is also great guy. He was very friendly and professional when helping me pick out my new furnace. I felt very confident that he was doing what was in my best interest. We met on a Wednesday and that following Monday my furnace was replaced. Also a shout out to Sam Hallstrom (installer) and Tyler Snoozy (Mr Electric) for replacing my furnace while I was at work. I came home to a working furnace that night. I couldn’t even tell they were here. Great job.

Jared was very thorough with the servicing of our old furnace and educated with us the danger of it and recommended a new unit. Ian was also very thorough with going over all of the products the company has to offer. He went over all of the details on each unit they offer. Leo did an excellent job of cleaning all of the ducts in the house. He like all of the other Aire Serve employees are all very professional. Highly recommend Aire Serv.

Ian, Tyler, and Kyle did an outstanding job from the quote to the installation top notch. Response time was surprisingly quick based on a quote I received 3 years ago. Send an email for an updated quote at 8pm and by 815pm had a reply! After hours was a surprise to me. Was at the house the next day looking over the project taking video for the installation guys and scheduled for Monday install. Time of quote to installation was about 48 hours. Quote came in on a Thursday morning and installation completed Monday afternoon. Received a morning courtesy call from dispatch they were in route and arrived 15 min later. Both Tyler and Kyle answered all my questions throughout the day. They checked in with me when leaving for lunch even! The professionalism of this organization has just earned my future business. I’ve signed up now for their yearly maintenance program on all three units! Keep up the great work team!! Thank you. A happy customer!

Leo came today to do the yearly check up on my furnace and also clean the duct work. He did a great job, was friendly and professional.

These guy are fantastic. I had my furnace go two weeks ago. Jered Iverson came out to look at it. The unit was not only shot, but discovered it was also dangerous due to a huge crack. He sat with me and kept reassuring me while I was beside myself and stressing over how I would handle the cost. He told me that he was sure that something could be worked out and to not worry. He then contacted Brad Plaga to come out and assess the situation and tell me what a new furnace would cost. Brad was even gracious enough to come to my house after 5:00. He was incredible; I was a complete basket case. He was able to go over some options with me and even stayed a while to talk to me and helped me to calm down. Now for the techs; Lucas Schroeder and Jacob Grimm, those guys were great! They got my unit installed and managed to cut some of the cost by utilizing an existing part. Thank you for putting up with my millions of questions. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone! Thank you again for everything; you guys are the best!!!

Jared was top notch. I wasn’t able to be home and we had a puppy that was a little surprised when he arrived. He went out of his way and played fetch and calmed the puppy down before starting the service. He did a great job, and his extra efforts were much appreciated!
