Showed up early, did a thorough inspection of all units, explain necessary repairs and recommendations and was extremely polite and courteous to my tenants. Highly recommended and impressed with his service.

Paul did an outstanding job with my HVAC system. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Paul - he truly knows his work.

I cannot say enough positive things about Aire Serv. First off they're honesty, I could not be more impressed with somebody that is more about being honest then putting a dollar in their pocket. And just thier knowledge and skills if systems is phenomenal. If you want good quality service do not hesitate to call them.

We just had our heat pump repaired by Daniel Toon of Aire Serv of Sevierville. We have used Aire Serv several times over the years. They are always prompt in arriving and their Service Technicians are very knowledgeable. They always check out the unit thoroughly while here, they all seem to be very trustworthy and are excellent in explaining everything. I can highly recommend them to others.

I waited a while before posting my review because I wanted to make sure the problem with my HVAC was really fixed. After repeated attempts by the other big name, local heat & air companies and wasting a few thousand dollars on things that didn't work for the past couple of years, Aire Serv's technician figured out the problem, did the preventive maintenance required before replacing the new $1000 part that a previous company replaced without doing the prep work causing it to go bad. He then reprogrammed the system to perform with all of its bells & whistles because the previous companies had deactivated them "to make it work better". Everything works like it should with no problems during the summer and now this winter. Highly recommend them.

Emre (service tech) was great. On time, courteous, and efficient. Located the problem, fixed it, ensured everything was functioning before he left.

The technician was very professional. I have used this company for several years. Also, their fees are reasonable.

I am a property manager and had an awful experience with another hvac vendor. Quoted us $1400 and never really knew what they were doing and kept rescheduling for months. Was referred this company by a friend and we will only use them from here on out. Tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed that specific unit for only $200 and a complete other unit all within an hour! We will only use this company for all of our HVAC needs from here on out and both properties I manage. Techs name was Emre and he was great and definitely was full of knowledge! ❤️

They were able to get to our house quickly. The technician was friendly and professional.

I wish I could give this company more than five stars. They sent someone out right away and they fixed our furnace. But what really touched me was their personal thoughtfulness. When I went to book the appointment, I was coughing really bad due to walking pneumonia. I apologized because I know it was hard to understand me with all that coughing. Two days later, I received a get well card with a very kind message from Des Hamel. It really lifted up my spirits and I am just so grateful for their kindness. It’s personal touches like this that show me they are a company that cares. I will definitely recommend them to anybody needing HVAC maintenance. God bless your company and may it prosper. Beautiful job!! Beautiful!! I've suffered for the last two years in a really cold house, now my house temperature is so comfortable that I've fussed at myself for not doing this sooner. The workers left everything so clean. They did a great job and to top it off the gentleman who gave me the quote explained more than the other companies who gave me quotes. I'm super satisfied with everything. Ty for superior service.
