I have 25+ years in leadership working for startups, small business and corporate companies in Rochester. I am responsible for business operations at Aire Serv. I work with Rick and the rest of the team to ensure the business process we have in place allows us the flexibility to provide the exceptional customer service we strive for. Rick and I live in Brockport our teenagers go to Brockport High School and we enjoy being a small business in Spencerport.

I love working at Aire Serv of Rochester because of the people that I work with and most importantly the people that I get to help on a daily basis. I have been in and out of the HVAC industry for approximately 11 years. The best part about HVAC work is helping people stay comfortable in their homes.

I have been in HVAC for 20+ years and started my career at Hi -Qual in Spencerport. My team and I are focused on providing exceptional customer service while in their homes installing their new system. We take a lot of pride in the quality of our work and today we are one of the only companies who still makes their metal in the shop prior to the start of a job.

I joined Aire Serv in 2021 eager to learn the HVAC trade. I work on the install team and enjoy how we install new equipment for our customers. Every day is a different day with new challenges and every job is a bit different.

I have been working in HVAC since 2007. I have worked on many types of HVAC equipment, including ducted/non-ducted mini split heat pumps, kitchen equipment (coolers/ice machines, etc.), and traditional residential units (furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, etc.) I enjoy helping customers when their HVAC system is not working because when I fix it they are happy and it makes me happy to be helping them. I like working with the installation team and learning from them to gain more skills and experience. I like that we are always thinking about the quality of our work.

I like working for Aire Serv of Rochester because the people I work with are great and almost turned into a second family where everyone has each others back. I have been working in HVAC for 6 years now and did WEMOCO in high school for HVAC and Plumbing. The best part about HVAC for me is providing a service to customers that are in need of heating/cooling services and making them happy.

Rick has been in the HVAC industry for 25+ years before deciding to start his own business in HVAC.
