I recently had a 2.5-ton System installed in my attic by Aire Serv and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Francine helped with my initial inquiry & set up my appointment. She was super helpful & nice. Deron, the tech who did the install, was amazing and very knowledgeable and super professional. The installation was done beautifully, with great attention and detail. They even moved the new unit forward to make it more assessable for maintenance, which I really appreciated. Paul, the owner, was nice enough to reach out a few days after to make sure everything was going well, which I appreciated. Thank you all again !

I highly recommend Aire Serv of Palm Beach. Paul, the owner, answered my call within the hour and went out of his way to inquire exactly what my situation was, that of having a broken down AC, and offered to come by the same day and see how he could help me. After deciding on what was needed, he made several suggestions, and had his wonderful and efficient Secretary, Francine, email me forthwith the quotes of the different AC units he recommended. He was extremely knowledgable and has a great personality, smiling and positive! I decided on one and the very next day at 6:45 a.m. his crew arrived. They were polite, efficient and after installation was complete, they cleaned up and left my place in good order. Paul was present on and off during that day and stayed extra late to make sure the AC was working and that I knew how to operate it. He was available via text and phone if I needed to trouble shoot my App with the thermostat. Great folks, Great Company! Thank you each and everyone who made this all possible. Cool at last!

Our A/C unit was down since Sat Aug 21. The company with whom we have a contract came on Mon Aug 23. Said motor was bad and replaced the motor on Aug 31. After replacing the motor they said the ambient air sensor was bad and had to replace it. Since Monday Sept 02 was a Holliday they called on Wed Sept 4 and said the sensor will be available only on Wed Sep 11. When I called on Wed Sep 11, they said the sensor will be available only on Sep 20. That means A/C will not be available for us for 4 weeks. In desperation looking for an alternative I was lucky to talk to Paul of Air Serve. Paul was very patient, understood my situation and explained to me the pros and cons of the Alternatives I was thinking of. He was very knowledgeable, at no stage he was trying to sell a unit or service. He even volunteered to find out with which Trane distributors the sensor is available. The sensor was available with three distributors. One in state and two outside the state. Paul did this Very willingly. At no stage Did I get the feeling he was trying to sell something to me. He really spent his valuable time trying to help me without expecting any thing in return. In today’s world it is rare to find an individual like Paul. I have no hesitation in recommending his company for anyone in need of air condition services.

The owner of Aire Serv, Paul, was very knowledgeable about the pluses and minuses of the various air conditioner brands and SEER2 ratings and he was willing to negotiate. The installer Darren, was on time and very professional and easy to interact with. I am very pleased with the result! All of the permits were pulled and Darren came on-site during the inspection to make sure all went well. The service was superb.
