I found Aire Serve through my home warranty last summer and I liked their service for my ac that I had them come back for my furnace and my old furnace decided to go out on me. Aire serve did their best to help me out. It was frustrating for a few days just figuring out what was really wrong. I had the chimney people come etc. When it came to ordering for a replacement part, Nick came on the phone and I ordered the part that was needed but he recommended for a possible new furnace for the price I was spending on the part. He helped me out with pricing and going through my warranty. I asked for an update and I received it during the installation process and asked for a phone call and I received it. I will continue to use Aire Serve. Thanks!

Aire Serv of Palatine was very helpful and responsive assisting us with our heating issue. They advised us on the type of system we needed and did not try to up-sell. We inquired about a more powerful furnace and told us it was not necessary. Will definitely use them for future issues.
