I am not one to review a service lightly. But giving this service and installation to our home, I have to share. We lost our AC last summer, of course, and with a sick person in the house, we were at a lost. After checking around for a company in our area, we were told to check out Aireserv. I called and an actual person answered, she was very helpful and courteous. I had a service representative call back within an hour. He came out and checked our system and found the problem in about and hour after doing several test AND showing me why. Note: my AC heatpump was almost 20 years old, we do regular services and keep it up. BUT, all things must come to a close sometime, and so it was with our heatpump compressor. Now here is the stellar performance, there was NO pressure, just facts. He showed us all the newest systems and the pros and cons for OUR house, built in the 80es. Once we decided a course of action, they, a whole crew, where out the NEXT day to remove our old system and install the new one. Remember it's the middle of the summer, the busiest time for ACk work. There were many obstacles, our system in in the basement and back yard with only a narrow walkway to travel on. They had everything installed that day and working. This is were the true professional stands out. After 24 hours the system was not cooling as it should have by a long shot, everything was looking correct and working as it should, BUT. Again the very next day here comes help, remember, everything is new now. After most of the day troubleshooting, it was discovered that an orifice had got clogged at the factory, they showed it to me. Once in a hundred chase, I am a retired technician also so know the probability of this failure. Now the system can show its true shine. And boy does it, it's about one third the noise level when running and we had to learn a new comfort temperature in the house as the new system is so much more efficient. So if you are looking for a fantastic company with exceptional service that is actually looking to help you not gouge you. Then Aireserv is your company, my hats off to Dakota, Matt, Brian, and Keden and the crew for excellent work ethics and friendly service. Thank you for being the company that still cares about their clients.

My mini split systems shut themselves off on Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning & Troy didn't hesitate a bit to come over & fix my units for me, in the freezing rain. He was friendly, informative & got my heat back. I will definitely refer them & call back if needed.

I highly recommend aire serv. These days it is difficult to find good companies. Aire serv exceeded my expectations. Brian was amazing. He explained what was needed to correct issues, tried to find the best solution for our budget, and explained how our system works. They were on time every day and text when they were on their way. The women at the office are also wonderful and were always helpful with any questions. We are so grateful for Brian and his coworkers. It was great to have a home project that we never had to worry about the quality of work or if the workers would show up. They did an amazing job and are also just great, friendly people

Aire Serv sent a very knowledgeable and efficient service professional, Troy, to check our air conditioning units for the winter and figure out why one unit was not turning on when it turned cold today. Troy showed us the issues with pictures he took of our units and offered affordable solutions.

No to low air flow in your home, that’s when you call these guys. There is always a reason for an air system not operating properly. In our case under sized return, need for additional vent, and some serious repairs to the ductwork. The workers showed up on time, prepared for the entire project, polite, courteous and knowledgeable about their tasks at hand. The job was completed, cleanup performed , credit card acceptance and on there way. The results are immediate! They were fast. I called after being sick of an AC unit that would freeze up if the temperature went below 74. It was always warm in the home and I wanted to fix things. They responded quickly and told me they could have a repairman out there that same day. They did. They gave a good quote and while the pricing was high, I knew that I couldn't do it myself. My wife was home on the scene and she was able to be instructed on how to better care for the AC system and we were able to get a fix that same visit. The AC works great now and I would call them again if we had another problem.

Aire Serv is a very dependable and trustworthy company. I use them for my preventative maintenance twice a year and today I had Dakota and Troy do an amazing job of cleaning out the duct work throughout the house. I highly recommend this company when it comes to heat and air needs.
