Mike Pack and his team are top notch , they all explain to you what is going on throughout the process of your installation. They cleaned up after themselves and left the sight looking good. I highly recommend Aire Serve for any work that they provide.

First if all, Alex is the bomb! I had a very unique situation, I dropped my cell phone down a register vent. It took more than a vent clean out. Alex persevered and worked to find where the phone might have landed. He found it and put everything back together. He never gave up, he never made me think he couldn't find it. I am so thankful. Thank you for excellent service. I think I should be able to give you more than 5 stars!

This company was extremely responsive to my HVAC needs. I purchased a google nest thermostat & unfortunately googles uses handy to employ a company named ontech to install them. While the person from ontech was super nice the thermostat was installed incorrectly resulting in me being without heat. I noticed handy right away, they continued to schedule & cancel appts to rectify the situation. This company had a tech who went out of his way to help me trouble shoot it, but I was unable to, so they promptly sent someone out the next day to fix it & double check with the proper tools that I had heat. They were professional & also affordable! I will use them & recommend them further to others!

From setting up appointments and sending reminders, to ensuring that they supplies on hand, to quality service. Alex Ballard, is the tech that has done the maintenance on our unit most of the time. He is very professional, courteous, kind, and thoughtful. He sets us at ease about the process, instructs us on what is needed, tells us the price up front, is diligent in his work, and doesn't try to sell us on things that aren't needed. He is honest and trustworthy. Thank you for taking care of our units, but more importantly, thank you for taking care of us.
