Our furnace stopped putting out heat as the coldest weather of the season so far arrived. On a Friday. We called a different company and their tech was clueless. So it was late Friday when we called Aire Serv. A knowledgeable tech came Saturday morning who ordered what we needed. Another tech came and installed the part Monday morning and we’ve been cozy warm since. They were also very pleasant, personable men. They carried IDs and we were sent pictures of them to verify their employment.

Dominic took care of the issue instantly. Appreciate the quick turnaround.

Excellent service

Late Thursday night my hot water heater developed a leak and was flooding my basement. I turned the water off to my oil burner and heater and called Aire Serv reaching their answering service. First thing the next morning, Dominic came over and diagnosed the problem. The parts weren't available til the next day, which was a Saturday. 8 A.M. Saturday Dominic arrived and replaced the water heater and the expansion tank on the oil burner. Great service, fair price, top notch company. I highly recommend them.

Dominic did an outstanding job explaining what, how and why he was fixing our thermostat problems.

Dan Browne at Aire Serv knows his stuff!!!! He came out to our house and took the time to hear our concerns and wishes!!. We were very impressed with his knowledge of mini splits/heat pumps, and how well he communicated which size units would best serve our needs. This helped us to understand and choose the best units for our home, and the best placement of units in our home for optimal efficiency. We were equally impressed with his immediate responses to all of our calls, texts and emails. He clearly explained and provided a detailed estimate for the installation of a mini splits/heat pump system for our house, in a timely manner. Had an issue with my A/C, called Thursday, Friday afternoon they were there to take care of my issue, Aire Serv has the best service by far. I would highly recommend them.

Am I glad I found AIRE SERC OF NORTH CENTRAL CONNECTICUT. We were looking for a split unit installation and contacted Aire Serv for a quotation. They responded quickly and suggested a few options. We compared their quote and had a "good feeling" about them. The installation was set up and the rest is history. Casey in the office is superb! She handled the warrantee registration, the energy company rebate and coordinated the final inspection with the building department. The instalation crew was efficient and finished the job as promised. Frankly, the only thing I had to do was write the check! I really wish that every company I dealt with was as efficient and customer service oriented as Aire Serv!!!! I can't say enough good about Aire Serv of Noorth Central Connecticut!!

Great customer service

Highly recommend Aire Serv. We had mini splits installed and they did an excellent job. They recommended a great electrician to upgrade our electrical panel and even submitted our rebate paperwork.
