Tryson was very professional while repairing our air conditioning unit, suggesting a hard start kit and doing some other minor tweaks to extend the life of our HVAC unit. Technician arrived on schedule. He was polite and courteous. He listened to my concerns and gave recommendations. He set me up with his supervisor who will diagnose the concern even further.

I called Aireserv to assist in some heating issues I was having. I lucked out in calling them that day because they hadn't started getting busy yet. But Eric came out that same day, just a few hours after I called. He suggested I get new heating ductwork and a new furnace. My whole heating system was ancient and decrepit and had rats in the system. The boys started coming out the next day and the work began. It would not be an easy job but they did it and I never heard a disgruntled word from any of them. Everyone who came out were very nice and polite. Many thanks to Aaron and Javier who did a fantastic job in getting the ductwork and new furnace up and running. Both of them stayed overtime to ensure the job would be complete. Special thanks to Javier for going above and beyond by working the most in that nastiest of a crawlspace to complete the ductwork. I feel that I really lucked out with this crew. Definitely recommend this company.

I had a cooling issue in Sedona. The ladies who answer the phone are very polite and prompt. Aaron and Eric came out the first time and were very professional. A second visit was necessary and Eric had Johnathan came by and he was incredibly thorough which was much appreciated. Air Serv came to my house after another company, which had originally quoted me $260 for a fix, told me I needed an entirely new system. Johnathan from Air Serv was able to diagnose the issues and work on it the same day. The problem was fixed for much less than a new system. He took before and after pictures, explained the work he did, and showed an itemized cost of everything done. They also offer seasonal maintenance and military discount. I am very glad I found them!
