The gentleman who came to service my heater was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and answered all my questions . They came the day I called and this was a call to fix a problem that another company had been out to fix multiple times that was never resolved . I signed up for the service contract because of his professionalism and knowledge .

We recently used Aire Serv for duct and dryer vent cleaning. From the initial scheduling with Katie, who was super nice and fielded any questions I had… to the actual service appointment. Zeke Patron and his partner Will were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. My ducts were left spotless and they were sure to wear booties and respect our home. Also patched everything back neatly. I will certainly use this company again in the future.

I appreciate all of the care and attention my service technician provides. Andre is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He cares very much about excellence in service and technical care. Things I would not have noticed are not just noticed but corrected no matter how trivial the item might be to me. The company is very responsive and agreeable with regard to scheduling. I have never had anything but superb customer assistance. I would recommend Aire Serve (of Newark specifically) and Andre to anyone. (but don't take him from me! :-) )
