Great service, professional employee, great price.

Joe Jester has been here for service calls and has performed his job professionally and efficiently. He has a lot of knowledge regarding the heat system, how it runs and what is needed to maintain and he took the time to share that information with us. I highly recommend Joe for all your heating and air conditioning needs. Super friendly and respectful.

Robert came out, called to see if he could come early, which I very much appreciated. Did a very thorough job on my Heat Pump, and I wasn’t made to feel like he was just there to SELL me stuff. I will be switching to AIRE SERVE for my regular heat pump and AC unit service provider. Thanks for having an Honest, Trustworthy, Family-run company. Great job!

The guys were prompt, courteous, and friendly. After the heater/air-conditioner installation, they explained the work they did and cleaned up all the work areas. Perfect customer service!!

Aire Serv technician Joe has been to our residence for tune-up etc. a few times and we are pleased every time he services our system. We were delighted to have David & Brian in our home to replace a 20-year-old Mitsubishi mini split with a new one. They did a super job from start to finish. Prior to that, Jim Myers gave us the most thorough inspection and best quote of all the firms who visited our home. Specifically, he avoided upselling us a more powerful unit we did not need. We are very pleased in all respects with this work, the installers and the firm.

Outstanding service provided by Bryson Bean. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and honest. Works fast and quiet, and is respectful of the people on work calls within my house. Can’t say enough great things about Bryson.

The technician checked the entire HVAC unit and found the problem within a short period of time of checking the system, troubleshooting and diagnostics of issues. Fixed and made recommendations for further maintenance opportunities at a lower cost. I entered into a maintenance agreement with the company which provides for equipment inspection and evaluation of any necessary repairs, if needed, otherwise the company provides preventive maintenance visits twice a year. Heat is back on shortly thereafter.

This was the first time I used Aire Serv. I’ve seen their advertisements and when I was in need of getting my heater ready for winter, a few people on Next Door recommended them. My technician, Mr. Montero, was very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he went over the professional concerns he had, without trying to sell me on an immediate replacement or repair. He just suggested I keep an eye out on a particular issue my unit was having. I especially appreciated that Aire Serv offers a monthly fee for service, rather than a high upfront cost. Yes, I will recommend Aire Serv for Heating & Air Conditioning needs.

We have used Aire Serv for the last 2-3 years at our commercial property and have always had consistently excellent service from the company, nice technicians who keep things running smoothly and fixing it promptly if and when any trouble ever occurs. They are proactive and helpful, work clean and are very capable. I have complete confidence in Aire Serv! Nate is my new favorite technician! He is super nice and was sharing his experience and teaching another tech in training.
