Saturday, January 18, 2025 Bill McDonald from Aire Serve of Muncie just finished repairing our heating system in our home. Mr. McDonald visited our home last year for a different issue and repaired that as well. Both times, he was extremely professional and very friendly. His work ethic at determining the issue when faced with a non-functioning heating/cooling system is direct and logical. His high level of knowledge in his field along with the welcome ability to explain problems in terms that any homeowner can understand, makes Bill McDonald a fantastic service technician. In the future, if I have a need for a service professional to repair our system, I will definitely ask for him personally. I give Bill McDonald from Aire Serve of Muncie my highest recommendation and am quite confident that you will be pleased as well if he is called upon to solve your heating/cooling mystery. He is an honest human being and can be totally trusted. My wife and I really appreciate you, Bill! Thanks again!

I am beyond thankful to the speed and quality service from Aire Serv. My dad is on hospice. While staying at his house furnance popped and smoke smell came through the vents. Aire Serv scheduled a window of time then calles to confirm he could be early if that worked for . It sure did given we were freezing at 58 degrees. They sent me a picture of the techician coming. Drew was excellent. got it fixed so I could get to be with my dad at the hospital. I highly recommend Aire Serv.
