I contacted Aire Serve from the positive experiences of my neighbors. We received an appointment in a short amount of time (non-emergency). Their app let us know when the technician had been assigned. The technician let us know when he was headed to our home. He was near, efficient, explained everything (without mansplaining). All reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.

I am so so happy we found this company. We were getting scammed by our home owners insurance “American Homeshield” and decided to go elsewhere. They sent Dave and Zack and I cannot recommend them enough. Not only were they on time but treated us like family. Communication was excellent. Update: Will, Mike, Trent, & Jordan came in today Friday to install the system. I seriously cannot recommend this company enough. They were all so kind and professional. Communication and punctuality was amazing. They completed the job in one day.

Very professional. The technicians were pleasant and personable. The work was completed in a timely manner. They were respectful of my home and kept their work area neat. Everything was left clean and tidy when they were done with the installation. The technician made it a point to review the new equipment and its operation with me before they left.

Awesome company and employees. Showed up when scheduled, diagnosed the problem and explained everything to us. Once the issue was resolved, the cost was reasonable and within the estimate we were given. We were so impressed with the company and CJ, our technician, that we signed an annual contract with Aire Serv for maintenance.

Installed a furness and thermsstat.From start to finish everything was prefect. Terry you are awesome. You made everything easy when it came to communicatimg with my home warranty insurance company. I know I can be a pain in the booty..and she continued to handle me with care..🤣🤣🤣Tyler Hale and his assistant came out ready to handle business and they understood the mission.They were awesome! They appeared to love what they do and that my friend is priceless.They made sure I had all my questions answered and I always have questions...😁They made sure that everything was protected so that there was no damage to floors while taking furness to basement.

My furnace stopped working and my warranty company found Aire Serv. Technician Robert Stickley came to my home around 4:25. I was worried since it was close to 5 my issue was not going to get resolved tonight. Robert was awesome, he took his time to diagnose my problem. Robert did not rush the job and he answered my question. Robert was able to get my heat working and I now have a company for heating and air conditioning that I can trust. Thanks again Robert. Came out for emergency call. Quick to diagnose and had everything they needed to get the HVAC working in about an hour. Our tech was Justin Barr, couldn't recommend him more.
