I have to say that this time around I'm very surprised of the timing of the technician calling and being here on time. He was very professional and the part came in a reasonably time, not months later. But this was another company under Home shield tho.

We had Joesph as our technician today and he was great. He was very thorough and explained everything. Would highly recommend. Air Serv was quick to get in contact with us as well for scheduling, they were able to provide service within 24 hours of initial contact.
