My upstairs zone for bedrooms was blowing cold air when the thermostat was calling for heat. Called Sandy at AireServ and she was able to send a technician over quickly, even on a busy cold morning. Dave diagnosed a faulty air bleeder on the boiler which caused the zone to be air bound. Part replaced and purged air from the zone & heat was restored! Very happy and relieved- Aireserv was prompt and thorough. Highly recommend them; they are good at what they do!

Aire Serv is always prompt, efficient, honest, and reasonably priced! I depend on no one else to service my A/C and furnace.

I am usually not impressed by service companies. The exception is Aire serv. One of their service guys came to look at my central ac 2 years ago. He was great and the unit worked perfectly all this time. The unit as I found out in this visit is 27 yrs old. Both my furnace and ac stopped working and ofcourse Temps were predicted to drop into the 30s. My furnace is a lot newer. I remembered my experience with Air Serv and never even considered another company. I called and spoke to Sandy. She is as wonderful as all of the reviews say. She stayed on the phone with me while I changed the batteries on the thermostat. She thought maybe that would solve the issue. The technician was here the next day!!! Earlier than the appointment 😌 amazing. He narrowed the problem down but it turned out to be bigger. Another tech came out to help. The outside unit was the issue and needed something replaced. They did a wonderful job and now I am sitting in a warm and toasty house. Thank you guys. I am glad I found you and hope everyone who reads this goes wirh you because you are absolutely the best.

Changed from another company. My tech Jim was here within the window promised. He went right to work making minor adjustments. So far so good. This was on the maintenance plan.

Excellent technician, they were very thorough diagnosing different areas, cleaning, adjusting. Our Gas boiler is 11 years ago and just had the best service ever. I highly recommend them and take a Service contract, you can't go wrong. Thanks Dave.

Tank installation was technically excellent with an accommodating layout. Matt explained his reasoning and worked very well with JD Tank rep who is decommissioning an inground oil tank. Great Job!

Eric arrived within 2 hours and resolved my AC problem within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable, explained our problem and shared his troubleshooting tips.
