Jim got into HVAC by accident when a friend of the family asked him to help out on a job (though this friend really needed full-time help). Even though it was hard, dirty work, Jim liked it so he kept learning. Today he loves going into a home where the heat or AC isn’t working and being able to get the system running safely and reliably once again. Something most people don’t know about Jim is that he majored in biology in college. In his free time, he likes to read, ride his motorcycle, or watch mystery or superhero series.

Nick started out of high school and in college riding along in the van apprenticing with his dad (13 years ago now!), then he transitioned over to the office as it was where he felt like he could help the most. He enjoys doing his part to keep things organized and operating smoothly, as well as ensuring our techs have everything they need while on the job, even making ductwork and running parts and materials out to job sites as needed. In his spare time, Nick loves cooking new and different recipes and trying to improve on ones he already knows. You can also find him hanging out at home with his wife and two dogs, watching sci fi/Marvel shows and movies, reading a good sci fi book, or digging into his small record collection and relaxing.

Sandi has an outgoing personality. "A go-getter" who enjoys helping people, she says talking on the phone is second nature for her, and we're happy to have her on the front line answering our phones, setting appointments, and keeping customers informed. She enjoys working in the HVAC industry, especially "when (in her own words) you have a team that is all about making things work and making our clients happy and satisfied." She says Aire Serv is an extended family for her. We are humbled by her sweet remarks about our team being the best she has ever worked with. (Thanks, Sandi!) When she's not working, Sandi loves decorating, gardening, and the NY Giants!!!

Andrea came to Aire Serv after many years of working first in book publishing and then in libraries. She’s excited to be working full-time in the HVAC business where she hopes to put her writing and editorial skills to good use. Fun facts about Andrea: She studied Russian in school and spent her junior year abroad at Oxford University. When she’s not working, she enjoys watching the birds at her backyard feeders, planting flowers in the yard and watching them bloom, baking, reading, and riding motorcycles.
