Today Brian came and serviced my unit. His knowledge and patience with my questions was wonderful. He took his time and explained everything to me and even answered some about my dryer. I truly appreciate all of his time and knowledge.

Pierre came out today and he was professional and well as personable. We have had 2 major heating and air companies to our home to evaluate our downstairs heating system and was told the heating system needed replacing. In addition to providing a quote for a new heating system the other folks included a quote to replace the cooling system which was less than 4 years old and we weren’t having any issues with the cooling system (what in the world)!! I ran across an ad either on Facebook or TickTock for AireServ of Memphis and requested a visit. Pierre advised the heating system is dated but did not need replacement. However, the thermostat needed replacing. We will definitely utilize AireServ of Memphis for all of our heating and cooling needs and we hope to purchase 2 tankless water heaters soon. I am very happy with Aire Serv and every one of the reps and technicians that have come out. Yesterday, MJ and (forgot his name) came out for an inspection and my downstairs unit was rusted through. Today Josh, Alex, and Tyler replaced that unit. All five of these men were very professional, knowledgeable, and just down right nice guys. We also had Aire Serv install a Generex generator last year. Every person, from the sales guy, to the installers, were great. I have no qualms at all about recommending Aire Serv!

Pierre was amazing! He came fast & worked extremely efficiently! Right before the snow storm I took a chance and called AirServ after seeing a van on the highway. They came same day and fixed my units in under two hours. Pierre also informed me of everything the company offers and with the price I’m sure to continue to book them on my home repairs. Wesley and Tyler were very friendly and extremely professional. They showed me the excessive lent in the dryer vent and finished the job QUICK. What was taking 3 cycles to dry clothes on high is now taking 1 cycle on low. THANKS!

I contacted Aireserv based off of a referral from a satisfied customer who used them in 2013. I had a gas furnace that was cycling and not heating correctly. I worked with multiple people including Nathan Scott, Jahair Mejia, and Seth Hersberger and they all provided excellent service in the following ways: Nathan provided a full explanation of why my furnace was malfunctioning (cracked heat exchanger) and gave me his recommendation on repair needs. He was direct about service fees for repairing my current unit and the path forward for furnace replacement, which I opted to pursue. Nathan and Seth were fully transparent about the age and functionality of my equipment (I actually thought my a/c was older than it was). Seth gave me multiple quotes on equipment configurations based on the path forward I wanted to take and explained payment options in a clear and concise manner; there are multiple options for payment including financing. Aireserv offers lots of additional components and features with their equipment that I didn't need currently, but the team didn't use any pressure or "Salesman" tactics to try to upsell me items I didn't want; this gives me piece-of-mind about recommending Aireserv to less-informed homeowners. The following day, the installation occurred with Jahair and a second technician. They had to drill a hole in my roof for vent piping due to code updates, and provided me with a leak-free and visually appealing roof vent installation. They also had to drill a new air return in my ceiling and went out of their way to ensure a clean and mess-free install. My installation was completed within 4 hours and my house looked cleaner than when they arrived. The furnace they installed works incredibly better than what I had before, and when the time comes to replace my air conditioner I will call Aireserv first.
