Meet the Team at Aire Serv of Maryville

Eddie and Nicki his wife started Cota’s Comfort Heating and Cooling in 2010 and transitioned the company into an Aire Serv franchise in 2019. Aire Serv was built with a passion to provide for his family and team members to be able to provide for their families. He wants Aire Serv to be a place where team members love to work and go the extra mile for our customers. He has 1 Daughter and 1 Son and 6 beautiful granddaughters and 1 grandson. His favorite past time: Spoiling the grandkids. His Favorite food: Tacos. His favorite team: SEC. Favorite music: Classic rock. Favorite Show: Seal Team 6.

Nicki and her husband Eddie started Cota’s Comfort Heating and cooling in 2010. Together they took over Stinnett’s HVAC in Newport Tn around 2017 and then transitioned both companies to Aire serv of Newport and Sevierville in 2019. The idea was to provide employees with a job they could grow and profit from while loving the work environment so much to never leave. Providing our community with a dependable and trustworthy company that treated them like family. Together Nicki and Eddie have 1 daughter and 1 son that's been with the company for 18 years. They have 6 granddaughters and 1 grandson. At home to English bulldog's daisy and Lucy are always there to greet them. Nicki loves being a Nana to all her grandbabies. Her favorite hobbies are crochet, crafts and sewing. Her favorite foods are pasta and pizza and chocolate. Loves attending church with family and getting involved to spread Gods word. Spending quality time with spouse is her most cherished past time.

Jamie Started his career at Aireserv as a technician just shortly after graduating tech school in Texas. He attended Walters State Community college to earn his degree in business management in his spare time. Jamie's Favorite part of the job is keeping track of numbers and analyzing policies and procedures. He love his job because of the great work environment! When Jamie is not working you can find him woodworking, doing home projects, or riding his motorcycle. He has three children who keep him busy! Favorite Movie- Step Brothers, Favorite Car- C5 corvette , Favorite Team- Tennessee Vols, Favorite Food- Mexican & Chinees

Madonna has been working for Eddie and Nicki at AireServ since 2021. She has been in the Accounting/Bookkeeping field for over 30 years; working in the fields of manufacturing, law, fire service, teaching, and now, HVAC. Madonna and her husband have been married for 37 years and love spending time together and traveling. They attend Faith Promise Church and value their relationship with God over everything. Together they have 4 fun-loving adult children. She loves cooking, reading, and Tennessee football.

Joey is a skilled Florida native that has been in the HVAC trade for over 8 years. He has worked in every single aspect of the HVAC world, from installation, commercial and residential service, refrigeration, and sales. His go-getter attitude and extensive background in mechanically inclined occupations makes him the person that you call when you want a job done the right way. Joey started with Aireserv in 2019 and has made his way up to the manager position, however, he continues to wear many hats and helps in any department as needed. In his free time, Joey loves to spend time with his wife and dogs, enjoys hunting and voiding the warranties of all the toys he owns.

Tony started in the HVAC field in the late 1980’s, he is a very loyal and dedicated employee. He always gives 100% customer satisfaction and goes over and beyond to get the job done. He has been married for 28 years with 1 son, 2 daughters and 10 grandkids. Tony loves spending time with his family, playing guitar and playing with Milo and Phinn his 2 dogs. His favorite music is rock/blues, and his favorite movie is Lonesome Dove. Tonys belief is excellence is an act won by training and habit. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act but a habit.

Gary has been in the HVAC for the past 15 years, he joined Aire Serv in 2019. He is one of the top HVAC sales specialists at Aire Serv winning the Excellence Award. Gary is a family man with 3 beautiful daughters Tessa, Michelle and Ada and two pups Daisy and Sweetie Pie. He has a long list of hobbies collecting vintage guitars, rare coins and time with Mom and kids.

Lucas is an HCD and has been with the company for eighteen months. He was previously an Energy Advisor and really enjoyed being on the outside looking in at how Aire Serv went above and beyond for the customers. He has a son who is a senior in high school and a daughter who is at the University of Tennessee. Golf and anything UT Vols is what he enjoys.

Nick has worked for AireServ for 2 years. He is a dispatcher, and is responsible for making sure every one of the customers needs are met by our technicians. He is a hard working individual who goes above and beyond for the company and treats the company like it's his own. On his off-time Nick loves to go Hunting and Fishing. He is a big outdoorsman who loves going on new adventures with his German Shepherd “Vader”. His favorite food is stromboli. His favorite car is a Nissan GTR.

Tom has been in the HVAC business since 2018, and started Aires Serv as enjoyed being an Installer January of 2023. He takes pride in his job, making sure it's professionally done and running efficiently. Tom has been married to wife Samantha for 13 years and has 2 beautiful children Thomas and Elsa. In his free time, he likes to hang out with his family, hiking, camping, kayaking and hunting.

Ryan a Service tech has been working for Aire Serv for 10 months, his prior job was in hospitality industry in Maintenance department for 10 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and watching football (Go Vols). Ryan is a Newport local and was born and raised in Carson springs area. Pumpkin and Patches his cats are very much loved.

Emre has been apart of the Aire Serv family for two years. He is an amazing employee always going over and beyond to take care of customer and treat them like family. Emre takes pride in his job and is always looking to learn more. He is good with his hands and can fix almost any vehicle loves the challenge. When he isn't working, he cares for his two cats and helps his family business at D&B Hotdogs in Oak Ridge.

Terry started at Aire Serv in October 2023 as an installer. He has been in the HVAC field for over 25 years. Married to his lovely wife of 27 years and has 4 beautiful children they have been in the area for 16 years. When not at work Terry has a farm, he loves working with his horses, pigs, chickens, dogs and cats. Kayaking and camping are his favorite things to do. He loves his Mexican foods and favorite movie is Maximum Overdrive.

Alex joined the Aire serv team at the beginning of 2024 as an Installer. He is grateful for a chance to learn a trade with new skills after recently turning 18 and graduating high school. His goal in every job is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. He lives with parents and 4 siblings. In his free time, you can find him on the soccer field or gaming “Call of Duty” with his friends. Shoney's and waffle house are favorite places to eat.

Austin is an Installer new to Aire Serv, he is skilled in many areas. He is very mechanically inclined meaning he can fix almost anything. In his free time he loves spending time with his family, drive his RZR or rail buggy, and hunting.
