I had installed a google nest thermostat and lost power to it. I don't know to much about my AC/heat unit it my home except the outside unit. Colton came out and we tracked the cable running into the attic which is where the furnance is now I know. Changed the fuse and I was good to go house is heating and cooling again. Also explained to me the Aire serv monthly plan which I will sing up for. Excellent customer service. I found my new HVAC company thank you

Jordan came on time. 3pm on the dot. Fixed the issue quickly. He was honest, respectful, courteous. When the need arises I will be using Aire Serv again, no question.

Very professional, on time and answered all my questions. He also called me ahead of time. To let me know he'd be at my home in 15 minutes.

We just had a 2nd whole new HVAC system installed and ALL the guys are A++++++++++! Quality of their work, professionalism and knowledge of the business is above all the rest. I recommend this company to anyone needing ANY HVAC work done.

Called these guys at 8am and they were at my door by 10am. Techs name was Jordon and he explained things of what was going on and why, what to expect in near future and to top it off, he fixed my unit. He even adjusted some settings that the previous company had left on at an extreme level. Best of all my wife felt safe and comfortable with husband not around. Great job Jordon and to the guy who called me back to get scheduled. I will be using you guys with any future issue.

We came home from a beach trip with a broken AC to say the least I panicked and began calling around that next morning to many companies.. Aire serve was one of them, in my panic I ended up going with another “company” that came out this past Monday the technician told us that the issue was fixed.. three days later our system stopped working.. I called the “company” we used and we waited over four hours for the on call person to call back only to be told we were going to be charged more money.. we paid already the first day and the issue was not solved.. then we got the run around the next morning basically told no one could come out til next week.. I told the other “company” never mind and please done bother.. then I called Mr Jim back.. (he had texted me first day of the issue) and he answered, gave me all the information AND had a WONDERFUL technician to our house within hours!! Air Serv diagnosed the problem and we are getting it fixed! I can’t thank them enough for excellent service and professional care!!! If you have any HVAC issues don’t deal with anyone else!! I would highly recommend Air Serv!!! They are the best!!!

Furnace went out on thanksgiving. They were able to get here quickly. Because mine was so old I needed a whole new system. They helped me find one that met all of my needs. They were very helpful and didn’t mind that I asked a million and one questions. Everyone from the newest guy to the most experienced and the owner himself were very helpful. Update* have used them twice since this post at different addresses, and each time received the quick, honest, reliable and reasonably priced service I’ve learned to expect from the entire AireServ team. It’s unfortunate to need them but i appreciate knowing I can trust them with my home.

The team really made our comfort a priority during a sweltering week. The techs Jordan and Donnie took the time to explain things about our system and the owner Jim even chipped in when we needed him. We can't thank them enough!

We were experiencing problems with our AC/Heat pump, so we called Aire Serv Martinsburg and they were able to come out that day to assess the problem. Jordan explained exactly what was wrong and gave us options for a repair or replacement. After considering the price of repairing an older builder grade unit, we decided to have them install a new system. The owner Jim spoke to us on the phone about our options and the cost and even came out to speak with us the next day to assure us that we would be getting a reliable AC/heat pump. By the end of the week they were able to come out and remove all the old equipment and install a brand new one for us, so we are quite happy with their service! Highly recommend them for repair or replacment of your Hvac!
