Our Results
We had Avante Unser as our HVAC technician today. Avante was very helpful when it came to educating myself and my wife on what our HVAC system needed to stay running properly and doing the preventative maintenance on it. Avante had to make a repair while out today servicing our unit and was very fast and efficient doing so. He made sure we got good quality work done and didn’t rush and throw it all back together. Thanks Avante!
Our Tech Robert was very knowledgeable, hard working and kept us informed on his findings as well as our options for future service recommendations.

Absolutely amazing service & communication. We 1st met Aireserve of Louisville at the Louisville Home & Garden Show on 3/1. Chris won us over with his humor and charm. I immediately called to sign up for the Preventative Maintenance Program and they sent a tech the following day. Aaron arrived on time for the Maintenance, sadly discovered some big repairs, and then went above and beyond to get an affordable price for us (with a new 10 year warranty!). The job was passed onto another tech, Derrick & Steve, who arrived on time and complete the job on schedule (I'm big on timeliness). All communication has been seamless, Aaron has remained available to see us through, and I honestly just couldn't be more thankful for this entire crew. Thomas, Aaron, Derrick & Steve, thank you all! Additional review March 6, 2025: Rob visited on March 4 to service the a/c and noted the air ducts and furnace air blower were extremely dirty and needed cleaning. Personable and friendly. On March 6 Steve and Derek came to do the duct and furnace blower cleaning and fix my return vent in my living room for a furnace filter. Also installed surge protectors on the furnace and a/c. Steve and Derek were efficient and very nice. Careful of my floors. Previous note: Needed filter holder for the furnace. Was installed promptly.

Aire Serv don't play games when it comes to taking care of their customers. I call them and within two hours they were on the way to here. Avante U. was our service technician for regular maintenance. He explained everything well and answered any questions we had. He also took extra care to be make as little noise as possible (to keep our anxious dogs calm) and was very tidy.

Avante did a great job doing our yearly inspection on the furnace (and ac last year). He explained everything in great details if what can be done to prolong the life of the furnace (and ac) and different plans they offer. There was no pressure if having to purchase anything and he was very friendly. Great service! Thank you!!!
