We contacted Aire Serv of Liberty and Trevor came out on Wednesday afternoon and it was determined that our furnace was bad and we needed a new one! They ordered parts, received everything in on Friday afternoon and Trevor and Matt arrived about 9 o’clock Saturday morning. Stayed all day but did an excellent job. I highly recommend Aire Serv and Trevor and Matt as well!!

Our AC went out and Trevor came the same day we called and fixed it. Trevor was professional, wore his shoe covers in the house, took the time to explain the diagnosis and the cost to fix it, and provided great customer service during our interaction. Had a cooling issue with the A/C in a rental property. Called Aire Serv that morning and Trevor was out shortly after lunch. Turns out my older system just needed a good cleaning and some TLC. He had me fixed up very quickly and offered a Maintenance Contract to have the system checked 2 times per year. Hopefully this will keep me going for a long time. Thanks for a great service experience.
