We had a problem with our oil furnace it wasn't running called late in the afternoon Thursday and they came Friday afternoon they would of came Thursday night but told them we could wait. Technician Dash, checked our heat pump which wasn’t producing heat or a/c. Could not find any major problems except needing recharging. So he completed the job and unit is running great again. Would highly recommend them to anyone. They also scheduled me pretty q quick when calling. The company that installed the heat pump said they don’t service my area any longer. That was like a slap in the face. After spending thousands for the unit then the would not service it. I’m very pleased we found AirServe.

Called Dead River and because I wasn’t a current customer they wouldn’t help me. Remembered my neighbor uses Aire Serv and called them. They sent Dalton to my house within an hour or so on Labor Day and he got my furnace back up and running. Less than 2 hours from the initial phone call to completed repairs was a huge relief.

Technician was very personable and knowledgeable. Very polite. He said that he had never seen a hot water heater so corroded. It was sparking and almost started my trailer on fire. I’m lucky I didn’t lose my life.

Our installation proved to be more difficult than anticipated, but their technicians were up to the challenge and got the job done professionally and timely. They all worked well together and were very pleasant with us as well.

Simple outstanding. Splitter on the hottest day of year decided to pour water into the house. Called at 9 am. By 11 am tech was there. Fixed issue. Clogged and dirty. Unit needed cleaning. He clearly explained everything going on. Person I spoke to on phone clearly explained upfront cost payment. Highly recommended.
