I've dealt with Aire Serv a couple times now, and couldn't be happier. Everyone I've talked to, from the techs to the woman doing the scheduling, have been kind and professional. The first tech I ever interacted with even helped me troubleshoot the problem and saved me a service call. Granted, it was a Sunday, he was the on-call tech, and probably didn't want to work in 100 degree heat on a Sunday any more than I wanted to pay for an emergency Sunday service. But he still talked me through what to look for. Aire Serv will be my first call any time I need HVAC work.

This is the best HVAC company I have ever found that does professional work. They are very thorough and detailed in every way when installing new heating and cooling systems. They just completed the installation of a new split system in my home and I could not be more pleased. The technicians were very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Jeffrey came out and replaced a wire that had caused an error message. He was prompt, friendly and had it fixed in no time! I never feel I have been taken advantage of with Aire Serve and will continue using and recommending them. They are awesome!!

I purchased my system about 8 years ago. I get tune ups twice a year. Everyone has been polite, professional, and did a great job. Today's tech Josh McCarty did a great job in covering what was being done and checked everything out. Them keeping data over time of pressures, voltages, etc. is a great way to be proactive on maintenance and the life of the system. Tim Anderson came out and swapped out a fan motor. Had my Ac fixed very quickly. Thanks Tim and Airserv folks.

We used aire serve for a new unit swap and they have maintained it now for 4 years. We've been very happy with the (affordable) bi-annual maintenance plan that extends our warranty and keeps the unit running great. All the techs have been great so far but we request Josh McCarty as he is very polite, professional and knowledgeable.
