The techs were very courteous and knowledgeable. We contracted with this company for a duct cleaning, but during the process, mouse damage was discovered. We appreciated that Techs were able to replace a damaged section that same day. Overall a great service.

Alex Burrows was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant working on my Fujitsu split system and Rinnai gas space heater.

Started with a panic phone call at 4 am and ended with problem solved that afternoon. I can’t say enough about how professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable Alex was. The gentleman I talked to at 4 am( sorry forgot his name) was so nice. Tried to help me over the phone ended up fitting me in that afternoon. I highly recommend this company!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I came into work to our heating units not working at all, I called multiple companies only to be told "sorry we are booked, call someone else." this was the last company I called and I was greeted with excellent customer service, they got us on the books and within a day we had a tech out here fixing our heaters. David from Aire Service did a great job of cleaning our dryer vent. He was very professional and cleaned up after he was done and reattached the dryer to the vent to ensure that all was working . We will definitely call Aire Service the next time we need the vent cleaned.

Our Weil McLain Ultra 80 thru a E 04 code on Monday evening 1/6. Went online to see if I could find someone to help diagnose the problem. Found Air Serv. John Mack was the on call person. He talked me through a couple of things and figured out it needed to be looked at in person. He was out the following afternoon. The boiler needed a new part. It was ordered and was told it would be in on Thursday afternoon. John was able to at least get our boiler to start so we could get a tank of hot water for showers and dishes. John called me Friday morning letting me know he would be at my place for repair around 10:30 am. He showed up got right to work. John is a very professional and knowledgeable individual when it comes to boiler maintenance and repairs. He got our boiler back up and running. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and how the system works. Our home not only utilized the boiler for hot water but also for out radiant floor heating system. John followed up with me after the repair to check to see if everything was working as it should. I told him it was and that we appreciated all of his hard work.

Super fast service. In our case, less than an hour. We needed a fan replacement for our furnace and the tech was in and out in about an hour. In addition, there was no waiting for a part delivery because they had it in stock and in the truck. Amazing.

After dealing with other HVAC companies in the valley, there simply is no comparison. These guys are the real deal! clean cut professionals every time.
