The team at Airserv was very knowledgeable and their customer service was excellent. I called after hours and spoke with their call service. Their team proceeded to call me back the next day to confirm my appointment and clarify some things I said during the call. Zach and Owen both helped us with our furnace issues and they were fantastic. They took the time to thoroughly evaluate the issue, explain it to us, and give us thorough estimates.

Quick same day, low rate, friendly.

Have used them since we moved to Michigan in June 2022. Always great service. I suggest signing up for their plan where they come out and check your unit in the spring and fall. Had to get a new furnace in Oct 2023 and they got it installed in less than a day. Always good, professional service. They now offer plumbing and we have used them for that as well.

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. We called AireServ and their technician Zack was there in a few hours to diagnose the issue and had the parts installed in less than 24 hours. The service was very timely and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Worked hard and long, but got the job done! So grateful for the good service and keeping us informed all along the way about what was happening.

My first encounter was with Ben, a Master plumber, who was initially sent out as I had several plumbing jobs that needed to be addressed. On the appointed day Ben and 3 other plumbers showed up earlier than scheduled to get an early start. I was so impressed with how they worked together as a team and had to address some challenges along the way. They were skilled, respectful and so pleasant. When I called 3 days later with some questions I had... within 1 1/2 hours they sent out a plumber to address my questions while also inquiring if I had any other questions regarding the other plumbing jobs. Zach was also sent out to assess my furnace. He provided relevant and helpful information. I will definitely be using his services for my Heating and cooling needs in the future I'm so glad I chose Mr. Rooter and Air Serv Kalamazoo.

Installation of our new furnace and air conditioner system was seamless. Work was clean and efficient. It was during winter break so our whole family was home during work hours, but that came with no interruptions of sleep or our family’s vacation routine. We were fully prepared to get the kids out, but it ultimately was not necessary for us. The heat system is quiet and easy to control through the app. We are pleased with the whole process.

From quoting to scheduling to installation, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. Owen did a great job explaining our options for a furnace replacement and how to help address a particularly cold area in our home. There was a delay in the manufacturer sending out the new unit to Aireserv, but Owen communicated to us immediately and made us a priority when it did arrive. Dave, Leo and Jeremiah did a fantastic job with the installation. They arrived on time and were very clean with the removal of the old unit as well as the installation of the new furnace and sheet metal re-work. Before leaving they gave us a detailed walkthrough of the new unit explaining the new features. I highly recommend them!

It is a sunday pm just before christmas and 20 degrees outside. Our furnace decides to stop working. A call to Aire serv and Brett was here in less than 30 minutes. After a couple hours, he finds that the problem is a part that rarely goes out and the part had to be ordered. With christmas almost here, it could have been 5-6 days without heat. Aireserv went above and beyond the call of duty and located the part and had heat for us on Monday pm. Thank you to Brett, Cathy, the owner and all the folks at Aireserv.
