Meet the Team at Aire Serv of Johnson County

Kaleb is from Granbury where he grew up playing baseball and having fun with his 3 brothers. He is currently attending Tarleton State University, pursuing a masters degree in nursing. When he’s not in school or working, he enjoys playing video games and working on his truck. Kaleb has been in the industry since 2018. When we asked him why he chose to join the Aire Serv team, he said: “It was an easy choice since he grew up in the family business.”

Jared was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Summit School of Ministry in Pennsylvania. Then he married and now has three children. When Jared has free time, he enjoys carpentry, playing the guitar or drums, ice hockey, trap shooting and baseball. When he was in high school, he participated in competition trap shoots all over Texas. However, his two most important milestones were achieved on different occasions at the Waco Gun Club by hitting all targets in a set of 25 and his personal best score of hitting 98 out of 100. Jared has been in the HVAC industry since 2012. When we asked him why he chose to join the Aire Serv team, he said: “I chose Aire Serv because of the commitment to quality in everything they do.”

Cheyanne moved around as a child because her father was in the Army, but she always called Waco her home. She graduated from Midway High School where she was involved in the band. She is an only child and has a dog that means the world to her. When she is not working, she enjoys music, attending concerts, crafting, hunting, and fishing. She is an animal lover and has always wanted a pig as a pet. Cheyanne joined the HVAC industry in 2020. When we asked her why she decided to join the Aire Serv team, she said: “I chose Aire Serv because they are well organized, and they stick by their standards.”

Keith was born and raised in Cleburne, TX. After graduation he attended Hill College and currently resides in Granbury. He is married with 4 children. His family time typically revolves around baseball because most of his boys have played at a competitive level. Most people don’t see that he has a silly side to him but sometimes he will even make up words to describe something whether the word exists or not. Many times though it’s a real word that used in the wrong context so, it makes his stories sound ridiculous. Keith has been in the HVAC industry since 1988. He started his 1st company in 1998. When asked why he chose Aire Serv, he said: “I really enjoy helping people and customer service is a pet peeve of mine. It irritates me that the service industry lacks service and my goal is to put service back into the service industry. I chose to partner with Aire Serv in March of 2009. By being part of a national franchise with proven business principles and practices that are taught by Neighborly, formerly the Dwyer Group, I have learned how to properly own and operate a small business. In addition to the principles, Neighborly has laid out a Code of Values that we strive to live by daily as we touch the lives of our clients.”

Marc was born in San Antonio and moved to Waco when he was six. He graduated from Midway High School in 2017. He and his wife are expecting their first child in the Spring of 2023. When Marc is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, watching sports and learning more about HVAC. He also loves art and is a huge LSU and Las Vegas Raiders fan. Marc has been in the HVAC industry since 2019. When we asked him why he decided to join the Aire Serv team, he said: “The environment is awesome, they have great values and treat you like family.”

Tony is from Winters, Texas. He retired from the army and is now attending college to earn a degree in Applied Science. When he’s not working, he enjoys hanging out with his wife and 7 children. Tony was new to the HVAC industry in 2023 after receiving his EPA license. When we asked him why he wanted to join the Aire Serv team, he said: “I loved how family oriented it was.”

Casey Is from Shreveport, Louisianna. After receiving his associate degree, he went on to study HVAC. He and his wife have 2 daughters and 2 chihuahuas. When he is not working, he enjoys archery and fishing. Although Casey is new to the industry in 2023, he has already earned his EPA Universal, TDLR, NATE Core HVAC Support Tech and NATE ready to work certifications. When we asked him why he chose to join the Aire Serv team, he said: “I noticed a strong sense of planning ahead with quality training.”

Andrew is from New Hampshire where he grew up in a large family. He became a father for the first time in 2024 to a son. When he’s not working, he enjoys watching baseball, photography, reading, and fishing. Andrew has been in the HVAC industry since 2020 and holds his EPA certification as well as a TDLR certification. When we asked him why he wanted to join the Aire Serv team, he said: “I wanted a stable job with a company that has a great reputation in HVAC to support my son.”

Laura is from Houston and lived in Germany for 1 year as an exchange student. She attended Summit International School of Ministry. She and her husband have 4 kids. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, homesteading, and art. Laura joined the HVAC industry in 2024. When we asked her why she chose the Aire Serv team, she said: “because it’s a great company that cares about its employees.”

John grew up in Cedar Park before heading off to college. He earned his associate's degree in HVAC/R. During that time he was able to represent TSTC in the state competition and he won in the HVAC category. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé and playing board and video games. John has been in the HVAC industry since 2022 and has received his EPA universal and NATE certifications. The most exciting part of HVAC for him is the puzzle that every system is. When we asked John why he wanted to join the Aire Serv team, he said: “It was the interview process of weeding out those who don’t love this industry and the community they represent.”

Jennifer is from Granbury, Texas. She has been married for 24 years and she has 3 sons and 1 daughter. She also has 3 precious grandbabies. She loves photography and crafting. Jennifer has been in the HVAC industry since 2018. When we asked Jennifer why she joined the Aire Serv team, she said it was because “we are family oriented, honest and loyal to clients.”

Kara grew up in Cleburne. She has 4 boys and is now a Gigi. She has a degree in marketing and is currently attending Seminary. Kara has been in the HVAC industry since 2007.

Emmy grew up in the Austin area and moved to Granbury in 2017 with her mom and sister. She graduated in 2023. She is married and they have 3 dogs! As you can tell, she's a dog-loving fool and has issues saying no to more dogs. Emmy has been in the HVAC industry since 2021. She is certified for Dynamic Indoor Air Quality, Phone Etiquette certified, and has Systems training certification. She was the Aire Serv office professional of the year in 2022 for all Aire Serv locations around the world. When we asked why she chose the Aire Serv team she said: "I chose to work with Aire Serv because of the family environment within the team. We also get to be real-life superheroes for our clients who are uncomfortable in their homes."

Hobbies and interests? I love sleeping on fancy furniture, begging for human food, and playing with cats, although, I do not understand why they run away from me. 5. How long have you been in the industry? I have been the Aire Serv mascot since October of 2023. 6. What certifications do you have? Certified “Pretty girl” and “good dog”. 7. Fun facts? Clients and delivery drivers are my all-time favorite people to get to see each day. 8. Why do you choose to work with Aire Serv? I chose Aire Serv because my Aire Serv family gives me treats and pets all day long!

Jenna is from Forney, TX. She is engaged and has 1 son. She comes from a family that has 18 boys and only 2 girls. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. Jenna has been in the HVAC industry since 2018. When we asked her why she chose to join the Aire Serv team, she said: “The culture, as well as the hiring process and how serious you take it. It was very reassuring to know you take pride in who you hire.”

Kelsie was raised in Texas and graduated from Granbury High School. She lives with her boyfriend and their pets. When she’s not at work, she enjoys baking and doing crafts. Previous to joining our team, she was a bartender. Kelsie started in the HVAC industry in 2024. She is a certified Indoor Air Quality expert. When we asked her why she chose the Aire Serv team, she said: “The amazing work environment, schedules, and the learning opportunities.”

Kasen graduated from Elite Christian Academy in 2022 and is attending Theological Seminary to become a Youth Minister. He is the youngest of 4 boys. In his free time he loves to hang out with friends and family and volunteers at church. Kasen started in the HVAC industry in 2021. When we asked him why he chooses the Aire Serv team, he said: "it's a great family business with excellent values."

Ryan was born in Oklahoma City but has lived in Granbury since 1995. He has received vocational certificates in nursing and HVAC. He is married and has 3 children. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, playing softball and taking his family out on the boat. Ryan just loves God and his family and enjoys working for them. Ryan has been in the HVAC industry since 2015. When we asked him why he wanted to join the Aire Serv team, he said: “I chose Aire Serv because I felt like this is where I’m supposed to be. Mr. Saunders has a great sense of dedication and his values are in line with my own.”

Charles was born in Hobbs, New Mexico. He joined the navy where he spent 2 years at sea on a Guided Missile Destroyer. He attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University where he majored in electronics engineering. He also has an associates degree in computer maintenance technology. He and his wife have 3 sons, 1 daughter and 3 grandchildren. When he's not working, he enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, cowboy action shooting and cookouts with friends. He also loves his time being “Pops” to his 3 grandsons. Charles has been in the HVAC industry since 1995. When we asked him why he chose to work with Aire Serv, he said: “I have worked for several employers over the years and recently I researched companies that I would enjoy working for instead of having a job where I didn't respect the culture or the company policies. Aire Serv of Granbury appeared to be a good fit for me, but I actually interviewed with Keith twice before I decided to make the switch. It was the best decision I could have made for several reasons. Kyle was born and raised in Granbury, TX. He comes from a family of 4 boys and grew up playing baseball. He is married and has the 2 cutest boys in the world! In his free time, he loves to fish, hunt and watch baseball. Kyle has been in the industry since 2015. He started as an installer and then went to school to become a technician in 2019.

Xavier was raised in California before moving to Texas with his wife. He enjoys weightlifting, playing video games, watching anime, and training dogs in his free time. After leaving the military, Xavier decided to go to HVAC school. He received his NATE ready-to-work certification as well as his EPA license.
