I have been doing business with Aire Serv for years and they have been great. The service technician Marshall is amazing and very informative. I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner unit and the installers Will and Michael were quick and did a fabulous job. I would suggest this company to others.

Brendon did a VERY thorough job of checking out our furnace in prep for winter. Afterwards, he reviewed all the details with us verbally in addition to putting them in his maintenance report. Friendly & professional.

Aire Serve of Jefferson City did a great job servicing our airconditioning unit. From the guys who came out and diagnosed our problems, Andrew and Jimmy, to the guys who did the work to fix it, Will and Michael, we were very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. They did a great job and I highly recommend this company! I'd also like to say thank you to Heidi. The communication she provided for scheduling the appointments was great! No waiting around for hours for someone to show up. She let us know when the technicians would arrive (within a relatively small window) and the guys were always on time.

Andrew was very helpful & professional today with the heating tune up. In the end, he explained the recommendations he had for me & also gave me a heads up on what they’ll be doing next time during the spring tune up, which I appreciated. He was very pleasant to work with. Thank you!

Marshall took care of my heating unit. Located failed ingnition switch. A+ on service all around don’t hesitate to use aire serv! After awhile needed heat in basement, Michael provided fantastic service, and has quality skills in hvac duct work! Aire serv is awesome!

I had a door hanger that reminded me it was time to check my furnace so I called Air Serv. They were good to schedule around my availability but when they had a cancellation for earlier, then I took it. I think Andrew did the most thorough furnace check I’ve had done. I’m ready for winter now!

Tate Robb came out laid it all out for us. No pressure and purely professional. The techs Dom, Cody, and Terry arrived promptly and worked quickly. Aire Serv went way above and beyond as some of my ducts had rusted clean through due time an unknown bathroom leak. Not only did they fix the duct, they offered to help with the bathroom problem. 10/10 would call again. Amazing guys and an amazing company I had Marshall Rea come out and service my unit.
