Wes, was very polite, professional,and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he found and was able to discuss several options for me to decide on. Took pictures as evidence on the issues I am having with my unit. Was able to set me up same say with a project manager to discuss the future placement of my unit.

While getting my HVAC unit serviced for the winter, I was informed my unit had and/or was giving off a Dirty Sock Syndrome (DSS) smell which I have been trying to figure out nonstop for weeks calling everyone under the sun to help me. I was informed due to my coils being so rusted as it was it was unable to function properly thus causing the smell (simple put). The technician made a phone call to see about getting me a quote for a new HVAC unit and to my surprise a sales person (Dustin) was able to come out the same day w/in the hour to not only review my unit, discuss current requirements and/or codes, my wants and needs, the benefits, and pricing options. I further impressed to learn that Dustin was able to have my unit installed the next day in which technicians (Ryan Meyer and Cuatemo Galvan) came out to install. Both technicians were not only professional and courteous but very friendly and answered any questions I may have had. They kept me informed as to what they were doing as they completed the removal and installation which was much appreciated. Once everything was completed, they not only discussed what I needed to do as a preventative measure but walked me through the process to ensure I understood and helped me set the app up on my phone. This type of assistance is what I call GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE to its core just treating people how you would want to be treated and that is what AireServ did with me. Thank you again.
