Excellent and professional service. My AC wasn't blowing cold air. I was able to speak to a technician over the phone and describe the problem, get an idea of what a repair may cost. The technician came over the next morning, diagnosed, replaced the part, and AC up and running in 30 mins. Technician was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great service.

Cecil was friendly from the time he entered the door. Of course the unit wouldn't make the noise it was making when he showed up but he was patient. After much discussion and investigation he was able to make the noise, was able to explain it, and ensure that my unit was not falling apart. Would absolutely recommend, definitely knows his stuff.

The air conditioner went out on a Saturday evening. Cecil was here within an hour and got it running again. Cecil replaced the ac about 6 years ago and did quality work.

CECIL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AND EVEN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TRYING TO GET THE AC UNIT TO WORK UNTIL WE WERE ABLE TO GET A NEW UNIT PUT IN.
