I had the best experience when Steve came out to check my heating system. I happen to have a furr down A/C / heating unit in my condo and not many technicians are familiar with them. He knew just what to do and also gave me some great tips on my A/C returns and how to keep them up. He was on time, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and worked in a timely fashion. I will definitely recommend using Aire Serve again.

Hate to see you go compassionate guys as always it’s unfortunate that we have to part ways only because the Bosch and the of the equipment we have we get penalized, but hey thank you for your few years of service and a wonderful program is just sad to see that I can’t use y’all anymore Sincerely, JP.

We have used Aire Serv for over 10yrs they are efficient and keep all our equipment in tip top shape. We would not use anyone else.

Aire Serv NW are much better than any factory-branded techs I've found in my 14 years of Texas home ownership. I have 3 heat pumps (a single stage, a 2 stage and a variable speed), and they have the expertise to repair and keep them all operating properly. I have remorse for recently replacing one of the heat pumps and not using Aire Serve as the installer. The replacement kept all 3 HPs the same brand (rhymes with Crane), but the other installer provided a cheaper air handler, hooked up the two stage HP incorrectly and immediately "ghosted" me following install. Wish I would'a installed the system offered by Aire Serv NW, who was there to pick up the pieces...
This is the review you are looking for and the guy you should ask for when you want a maintenance guy is Steve. He was super polite and helpful, made sure my AC was working before he left. He called to follow up and confirm there was no issue after he left. Steve is the man you NEED for your AC

They are awesome. I would not use anyone else… you do not feel like you are being sold, or you are just a #. They take care of their customers! They installed a system for me, and repaired a system for me! They are great!
I called Air Serv for a quote to replace my furnace. It was $2000 lower than the company Choice Warrenty sent out. Call them. I have been using them for over 15 years.
AireServe of Northwest Houston is awesome! Great customer service! We had two new whole AC units put and a new furnace. The gentlemen that installed were courtous, deligent and did all the work in a single day. Even swept the floor underneath the attic. Andre followed up and took the time to share every step he was going to take to ensure proper set up and ensure everything was properly working. Was quick to come back today to review questions we had. Joe and Kristin S are the best! During and after hour calls (Kelsie in this case) are polite and quick to responded.
