Ms. Tanisia is excellent to work with in the office. Mr. Derrick came today to service our unit because of our plan. He was professional and kind. I was very impressed from start to finished. I received a text that reminded me of the appointment(?the day of the appointment reminding me that the Maintenance Tech was on the way. I have never seen this much involvement in ensuring the success. The maintenance tech, name is Anthony. He arrived on time very professional conduct and appearance. I have already referred Aire Serv to some of my friends and neighbors. Everyone needs a maintenance plan, which is very reasonable.

I must mention Kenny, one of Aire Serv 's technicians and now my technician. Kenny earned my respect right away upon entrance into my home (he covered his boots with a cloth shoe cover) of which I appreciated so very much. He was honest with his assessment of my HVAC unit, recorded everything he worked on, and then clearly explained what was needed. Of course a new unit is needed, which makes sense to me. I'm just thankful for Aire Serv's convenience and superiority in honest and careful workmanship.
