Excellent service for my necessary boiler repair! BILL, my repairman, was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly & courteous! Because it was raining, he put covers on his shoes before entering my house! He even checked for potential near-future problems & provided me a detailed itemization for preventive maintenance. My boiler has never run so quietly! I am an extremely satisfied customer, & I plan to have BILL come back soon & begin replacement of the parts of my boiler which will most likely cause serious problems for me in the future if not replaced soon. Great service! I highly recommend! He installed a new unit for us over a year ago. We have had NO problems what so ever since and he even checked in to see if it was working well after about a month! He was very informative and professional. High integrity and friendly.
