Tanisha was a joy to work with on getting my rebate forms to me and helping me fill them out. Nothing but praise for Harris Air Serv. They've all gone above and beyond any company I've dealt with in any of my homes past or present.

I had nothing but a positive experience from Harris Air Serv to Annika taking calls and working with me on the bill to Greg who gave me the bid on the new furnace. Bryan , the service technician, went overboard on trying to find my furnace problem with two free follow-ups from the initial $89 visit. It was decided I did need a new furnace and Greg was excellent in helping me pick what I needed for my smaller Sugar House residence. Finally, Rocky and Jose,showed up early and the whole installation was completed within the morning. I have let them put their small advertising sign on my lawn and because of such a good experience, have already referenced them to three other family or friends if they need furnace work. They all went over and above what they needed to do for me and I never felt pressured and was explained what went on throughout. I would recommend them thoroughly.

Aire serve was able to come out the same day. Dave was amazing. He came to repair what I thought would be a quick fix. The new part worked but not properly, so he kept at it to figure out what the problem was. Discovered roofers I had re-do my roof had pushed the vent on the roof down, breaking the connection in the attic creating an airflow issue. He repaired it and glued a couple of other pipes that had come loose causing small drips at the heating unit. I would definitely call them again if any issue should arise again.

Everyone here was amazing. Bryan, Greg & Rocky. They turned our cold house warm again quickly. Thank you!

Bryan did a great job installing our new air scrubber as well as finding some safety issues with the wiring and fixing it at no additional charge. Very friendly and professional.

Had Bryan out twice to help fix an issue. The first time he found a lot of dirty areas in the HVAC system and thought that would fix the issue. Unfortunately it didn’t. I called back and he came back out at no charge and spent almost 2 hours tuning the fan speed to fix my specific issue. He took the time to explain everything and help me understand what was being done. Will definitely have these guys out again because of Bryan!

I had a furnace go down during an event at my event venue (Mill Pond Farms Events) in Stansbury. Called these guys and they said they could have someone out within the hour. About 30 min later, Dave M. showed up and fixed the issue quickly and determined the cause too and fixed that also (the furnace intake was done incorrectly allowing leaves to fall down the intake of the furnace). He also addressed my concerns about a few other issues that I had noticed about moisture building up on the exhaust side of my 2nd furnace. Determined it needed a smaller size exhaust vent. Both him and Rocky H. came back a few days later and got all that taken care of as well. Very much appreciated and will definitely be calling these guys next time I have any issues. Thanks guys!

I had Bryan Schlappi come by today and install 5 fans in my ceiling ducts. It's a very difficult job because to get into the attic he had to climb up about twelve feet to get into the attic and there is little space because of the engineered trusses. Bryan was very polite and professional. He replaced 5 fans and resealed the ducts to prevent duct intake. I found out that three of the fans were not working anymore and two more were on their last legs. Bryan did a great job. I will use Aire Serv in the future. Very professional.
