My regular maintenance company found a problem in my furnace’s heat exchanger and red tagged it. They sent out a comfort advisor the next day to give me the cost of replacing the furnace. After nearly two hours he gave several options with costs that were totally unacceptable. That afternoon, I called Aire Serv a call to give me an estimate for replacing the furnace. They came the next morning. They evaluated the furnace as well as my ductwork. They then worked up an estimate that was approximately half of my earlier estimate and it was for a two stage Carrier furnace. The previous estimate was for a single stage and a brand I never heard of. We then scheduled the install. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. The install went very smoothly. The new furnace works great, and all the work was done in a very professional manner. I would recommend Harris Aire Serv to anyone needing any HVAC work.

Absolutely amazing and they were persistent in both finding and fixing the problem. Birds are beautiful when they are alive and flying around, not dead and blocking the exhaust vent not allowing the heating system to properly turn on. My heater stopped working last night. I tried two other companies first. One couldn't make it until Monday and the other never called me back. When I called Aire Serv, I spoke with a very nice woman who took my information and told me someone would call me back shortly. Less than 5 minutes later, Luis from Aire Serv was fulfilling that promise! A few hours later, he had my heater up and running.
