Outstanding service! Brian Cole came out to our house in a snowstorm to repair our furnace quickly when we had no heat. He was kind, knowledgeable, and prompt! He did an excellent job, and we truly are grateful for his help! The receptionist was also terrific- she scheduled an emergency appointment for us within hours. We recommend Aire Serv of Greenwood and will absolutely use them in the future!

The only complaint I have is that they broke one of the outside vent flaps which is going to require me to replace the entire unit. However, they did replace the unit within a few days.
Hi Larry, thank you for your review and letting us know about the cover. I apologize for the vent cover. Our technician stated it was already broken before he did the cleaning, but we are happy to get that replaced for you at no charge if you think that is not the case. We value all our customers and want to make sure we do everything we can to make things right. Please contact our office and we can set up that replacement vent cover for you.
They were quick to respond. They were on time and the service was performed in an efficient manner. The only complaint I have is that they broke on of the flaps on the outside vent hood which will cost me to replace.
