These guys are AWESOME! The best customer service I have ever seen in any business. On time, with notices beforehand and pictures of the techs involved, AireServ delivers the best HVAC maintenance and repair services. I really liked the friendly phone center people! The tech who checked my systems was very thorough, and took the time to explain what he found. He even checked all my attic ductwork, and found a few pieces that needed TLC. HIGHLY recommend!

The whole Aire Serv team was extremely helpful from start to finish. Emmy answered the phone and held our hands the whole way through. Tanner came out in the evening to talk with us about which system would be best for our home, and had some really awesome financing options to choose from. Tony, Kyle, and Kaleb worked hard to get our system installed and our house cool on the first hot day of the year. Aire Serv went above and beyond to make sure that our family would be comfortable, and we will never use anyone else.

Tony, Kyle, and Kaleb were awesome! They got our new unit put in quickly and everything was spotless when they were done. Emmy was easy to talk with on the phone and helped walk us through the whole process. Tanner was very helpful and thorough in putting together estimates and explaining what we needed. Cheyanne got our system ordered quickly and Kasen loaded everything up for a quick and easy install. Very professional team that really cares about their clients. We will continue to use Aire Serv for all of our HVAC needs, and would refer them to anyone!

Today Ryan Nelson came to service our ac unit and helped with the warranty, ordered parts and saved us some money, so we are happy about that. We look forward to having Airserve take care of our home.

We can not do justice to sing the praises of Aire Serv of Granbury. We bought a 30 year old home. We shared the inspection report with Keith. He went through it noting how they could help with detailed descriptions and quotes. We had limited time. An amazing crew showed up. They did HCAC work, plumbing, and electrical. We added on many additional things because this crew can do it all. Everyone was polite and engaging. The were delightful to have in our home. Each day they cleaned up. At the end of the project they left everything clean. Kuddos to Keith, Kyle, Michael, Tony, Kaleb, and Stephen. Upstanding men all of them.

We had a great experience with AIRESERV our Technician was Kyle Saunders, he was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained our issue and options to resolve the problem. Not only was their price the least expensive of the three estimates we received but Kyle went above and beyond, the day we got our estimate as he was leaving he offered to test the battery I was trying to jump off in my sports car but then helped me pull the dead battery out of the car! Then on the day of our AC repair my wife ordered groceries to be delivered to the house and here comes Kyle in the door saying hey you got some groceries here with an arm load of them, I swear at this point we are going to have to invite him and his family to Thanksgiving this year because he is family now! I won’t use anyone else and nether should you call AIRESERV if you want the best when you need HVAC repair! They treat you like family!!

I could not ask for better service from a HVAC company. They called me to let me know when the service representative was scheduled to arrive. Ryan took the time to explain everything that was going on with my heater and made all the necessary repairs to get our heat going again. Our heater would not work and we call for them to come out. They came very promptly. Ryan Nelson is amazing. Very professional and kind. He was extremely through and explained everything and was up front with us the whole time. I couldn't get up there with him hut he took the time to take pictures and videos to show us exactly what needed to be done. I highly recommend Aire Serv!!

Today we had an issue with our heat not working properly. Ryan Nelson with Aire Serv came out and did a fantastic job getting heat back on in our. Airserv installed a new a/c system in my home. Mike,Steven and Tony did a great job. Were very professional and did a great job installing new unit outside and in attic. I highly recommend Airserv for any a/c or heat issues.
