Joe D. and Leo were very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the respect and kindness they had towards me. Unfortunately I don't see much kindness nowadays. They checked out my system and explained everything to me. My AC and heater are working great! I will definitely call you again if needed and I will recommend your company to friends and neighbors. Instead of just sending someone out, the owner of the company FaceTimed me and tried to walk me through some simple steps to solve the problem for free (on a Saturday). Turned out to be something bigger so he sent a technician out who was an hour and a half away to diagnose. Both were friendly and knowledgeable and the tech had the right parts on the truck to fix the issue. Highly recommend.

Jeff at Aireserv was polite and professional. Understood my concerns and showed me what was the problem with my AC unit. Arrived as scheduled, answered all my questions regarding my AC unit. Jeff performed all the checks needed to give me a complete diagnosis.

Reception/ Scheduling staff is very professional, helpful, and friendly. I enjoyed our discussions of timing. Also, mentioned service contract arrangements and pricing. Joe Dinner, Service Manager. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He offered continuous updates on his progress. When project was completed, he provided information as to maintenance concerns related to the future. Discussed upcoming laws and requirements with me. Outlined a process for review. I am absolutely blown away with Brian, Bailey and their entire team!! Even the call center was exceptional and reached Brian immediately. It was Christmas week and our cabin heater was not working. Brian not only spent and hour walking me through some complicated steps with perfect, calm directions for troubleshooting possible problems that might lead to a quick solution, but when that didn't work he got us immediately on his schedule after I explained that my grand babies and elderly parents would be meeting us up there for Christmas. He, then, made a second trip up to check it the next day just for my own peace of mind as I was contemplating cancelling our family reunion. I am beyond impressed. Now if he would only open an appliance repair, transmission repair and landscape company I'd be set!!

12/20/24 Another great 6 month service! Jeff is so friendly, listens to my concerns, answers my questions. And the girls in the office are so nice- very accommodating about scheduling. In 2018 they installed a Heat Pump to replace an old furnace. AireServ has served us well since then.
