My upstairs unit stopped working last night, so I called local Aireserv owner Tony Hughes this morning. I have family visiting with 90+ degree weather, so definitely needed the unit inspected/fixed quick. Tony and his crew were on site by mid-day today, diagnosed the issue and repaired the unit. Greatly appreciate their conservative approach to repairs. They also recently installed a large heat pump system for my main level. Excellent and timely service always, professional, honest and knowledgeable, with fair prices.

Hottest day of the year so far. That was the day my unit decided to quit. On a Sunday none the less. I shot owner a text of ideas to try until they could get here on Monday. Gave me a few options, didnt work. But nice to know they cared to reply anyway on a Sunday. Went to work Monday. When I walked in the house after work it was nice a cool. Thank you to Tony and his crew.

Tony and his crew have done all my AC work. Not only are they prompt, they get to the root of the issue and explain things in a meaningful way. This winter they installed a whole new unit and not only is my house staying heated and cooled better, my energy bills have drastically reduced. You will not find a more personable and reliable AC technician.

I had excellent service with Aire Serv. I booked the appt on Thumbtack and Tony reached out to me right away. I called for an issue with my heater while temps were in the single digits. Despite being very busy, Tony fit us right in. He fixed the problem on the spot and took the time to explain what went wrong and what he did to fix it. He even did a check up on the unit to ensure it was working efficiently. I highly recommend Aire Serv for their professionalism, excellent customer service and superior knowledge of heating and air units!

We've used Aire Serv for our annual maintenance and recently to replace both of our two central heat and air units. I cannot recommend them enough. They were professional, always on time and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know.

So many good things to say! I contacted Aire Serv about my air conditioner being out and someone was at my door after an hour and on the weekend! I wasn’t charged a fee for it being out of business hours and they take care of teachers! Highly recommend.
